I’ll start this review by saying we would rate the doctor 3 stars but the staff gets 1 star. Staff was training and uncommunicative about what they were doing. Smashed our kids toes and fingers trying to get oxygen reading and were adamant that it had to be at a certain level (maybe it won’t be at certain level because she’s sick?). Exam table was filthy… Doctor was okay, seemed knowledgeable but all other factors included it was not a pleasant experience and we will not be returning.

I absolutely recommend this urgent care pediatrician’s office. We came right in, was called back almost immediately. The hours of operation are awesome and very convenient for parents who work late to bring their child in. They quickly gave us a diagnosis for my sick child. We were basically in and out. If you live in Alamo Ranch area and surrounding areas, please bring your child here for urgent care needs if their primary pediatrician’s office is closed on the weekends (as mine is). You will not be disappointed!

I found this online and had really no worries because reviews were great. However, I took my 5 year old over the 4^th of July weekend. I was happy I found a place open
The office was full of dead crickets in waiting room, bathroom, and exam room. So I was pretty put off but willing to look past it. At first.
In short, my daughter had a visible red rash on her face. I was afraid it was 5^th disease. The doctor diagnosed her as having a dry skin rash. I pretty much politely contested that my child didn’t have dry skin. The doctor very rudely told my husbands and I «well you two have dry skin too so she has it too»
I left feeling pretty jaded and then I gave it a day and used the sample cream he said would help with dryness. Of course it did nothin and her rash worsened. I called next day because I felt that I did not get good service. The doctor came on phone and again said it was dry skin rash and again said that we all had dry skin. Clearly I wasn’t getting anywhere.
As Soon as our pediatrician opened for regular hours about 24 hours later. he diagnosed with 5^th disease.
I really felt that at least I should have been offered a refund because we were not given good service. This was especially true since I called to share that i felt the doctor got it wrong. Never going back. Don’t recommend.

Took my son in for a tummy ache. The front desk receptionist Terry is amazing. She greeted us with a smile and was very helpful. Dr Musharaf was awesome. He listens very attentively and puts your mind at ease. My son felt very comfortable with him. The entire staff was great. Will definitely bring my children back here.

Took my daughter here today for an eye infection. The whole staff was wonderful and the doctor really listened and helped my daughter feel at ease. I highly recommend this pediatric urgent care.

Amazing Doctor who listens to your concerns & doesn’t rush through the visit. The staff is very friendly and the whole clinic is spotless. Wait time is minimal. This is the pediatric urgent care clinic to go to here in San Antonio. I highly recommend it!
