If you’re looking for a great place to stay in the Medical Center area, you’d be doing yourself a favor to check this place out. The thing that really impacted me the most is that the property manager, Andrea, actually lives on-​site herself. Her enthusiasm and pride for her property, her staff and her residents is overly evident. The property has stunning views, very high ceilings and oversized balconies. The pool area was beautiful and the «floating“cabanas were pretty cool too. Overall, I decided against leasing here because I own my own washer and dryer and they also provide one (which means I’d have to pay a storage fee). I also noticed cheaper finish outs (i.e. G.E. appliances, poorer quality materials in the tubs/​showers which with San Antonio’s horrible water system means a lot of scrubbing to keep these clean).
