(210) 773‑5288 working with Jesse O. So far he has been able to find us a rental home. At first he kept sending is apartments. We do have to put A LOT of money up front. He did go show the home to a friend that lives in San Antonio just to appease our reluctancy and our fears of fraudulent rentals that swarm the public.

We are moving soon and hope this all pans out to be a smooth transition and a legit lease and rental home. Will update after this all finalizes.

If you want someone to NOT help you find an apartment, this is the place to go!
I filled out a request form on their website. I got a phone call the next day from an agent named Michael. We briefly went over my criteria for the apartment. We set a date for me to come to San Antonio to look at the apartments he had selected for me. This was very important to me because at that time, I lived about 120 miles north of San Antonio! So exactly one week out, he texts me to confirm our appointment. I confirmed. Then, on the day that we are supposed to meet, I hop in the car to drive to San Antonio. Before I even got out of my city, I sent him a text to see where I should meet him. He then replies «I’m with clients all day, how about tomorrow?» Now why would I want to meet you tomorrow when I’ve already took the day off of work to drive to San Antonio to come meet you TODAY? Absolutely unacceptable. I informed him that would not work. He then told me «if you really need to see someone today you can stop by the office.»
No thanks! I immediately opened Google and found another locator in San Antonio that was willing to assist me. Very poor customer service from TX Relo. I just don’t understand how YOU scheduled our appointment, confirmed it, then forgot! Imagine if I would have actually drove all the way out there. Unacceptable!

Decided to try Texas Relocation Experts and was met with a smile and warm handshake. I explained to Monica K. exactly what I was looking for and she started the search. Long story short I stopped using her services because she did not communicate with me like I expected her too. I would call her a couple of times but she would never return my call until I texted her. I was not satisfied with her services. The reviews were horrible. I wish I had googled them first and read the reviews before ever deciding to use them. I definitely will never use them much less refer them to anyone else looking for an apartment! You will be doing their work and then some!

I am so surprised that this place has any positivity written about it. The so called leasing agents Josie c and m ike care nothing about the nobody’s like us who need apts. if you want someone to throw some listings at you. Then she’s the one, doesn’t return calls and or texts. You get a response (give me a sec)
She never responded. I am not perfect I need help that’s why I turned to these idiot’s. And don’t think you will get movers with them either. But they don’t tell u that in advance, you just assume it comes with their so called service. I hv used locators all my life and hv never been so disrespected M ike and her act like you are not worth helping if you don’t hv good credit. M ike had never helped me but assumed since I was calling them I was a criminal, because I asked for their supervisor. Thankfully I found a real locator who told me up front the movers aren’t included, and guess what that’s ok, so I can make plans. I hv found a much better apt with new person and they also apologized. I shld hv never been treated this way.

I tried to work with a guy named Mike (210−317−4158) I saw an ad he posted on craigslist, apparently, it was fake. I insisted on knowing where it was, I guess this made him made that I was interested in a place that he made up. For some reason, when he found out that I was moving in from out of state, he threw a fit, insulted me, and told me that I was wasting his time and that he was «worried for the people in Texas» and «don’t come to Texas» and «don’t waste my time». Apparently when people respond to HIS ad, it’s wasting HIS time when he makes stuff up? No, you’re wasting mine. STAY AWAY from these people, they’re incompetent, rude, and dishonest.

I was very interested in a apt listing on their website so I called for more information. I had a male employee from the company that called me back from a number #210−551−7217 who wouldn’t take time to hear my concerns in the Ad. after I informed him that I «just wanted information on a specific listing» he gave me barely any information about it, unless I asked specific questions. From his verbage, it sounded like he didn’t want to help me because I was only wanted info on the specific Ad only and not wanting to use his full service of having him as my personal apt searcher, so he seemed upset and didn’t want to help me. This is not my expectation of a apartment search service. I will tell you I will never recommend your services to anyone I know. If anything, he should have heard my concern and addressed it, and maybe I would have asked for his help as a apt searcher for more places.

My BF and I worked with Stephanie here back in October or November, and found our current apartment. He originally emailed her and was contacted and told to come in. We went in for an initial consultation to discuss what we were looking for, credit, and location parameters, and then she emailed us a list of places to check out– interestingly, the one we were most interested in from her list was one we had ruled out when searching on our own, because we were under the impression that we could not afford it.
Working with Stephanie was easy– our second appointment, we met at the complex and spoke with the leasing agent, went for a tour, and discussed their specials. Ultimately, we ended up applying on the spot and moving in a month later.
Stephanie kept in contact from our initial email, to calling me to schedule both appointments around my crazy work schedule, and following up with us once our application went through and our move was underway.
Would go back again to look for other apartments in SA as our needs change.

I dont know how reviews can differ so much but here goes my honest review. This company and specifically Darlene, has been wonderful. We tried one place on our own and was turned down because of our credit (both bad because of divorces). We hated wasting $ 100 for nothing.
We called T.R.E. Darlene took us 2 different places and was extremely kind, helpful, professional, encouraging and understanding. She helped us with the application and was with us every step of the way (we got approved).
She really cared. She was fantastic. If you want to talk to someone who cares, call Darlene. She even promised to help us work on our credit scores too.

Rickey Shae from Texas Relocation Experts was amazingly helpful! Being from the DC area and completely unfamiliar with San Antonio, I called them to just see if the apartment I had been looking at for my son, who was relocating to San Antonio for school, was really the best option. Within minutes Rickey had other options sent to me that met the specific needs we had and we were able to find an apartment with almost 100 more square footage, closer to the school, and for more than a hundred dollars less per month. From the locating to the moving Rickey was there to help every step of the way and followed up on every concern and question I had. I had some difficulty getting the leasing office on the line at one point, and Rickey actually went there in person to help get things finalized. I truly don’t know that I would have been able to get this done without his help. In one week we were able, with Rickey’s help, to get the application in, the lease signed, and my son happily moved into his new apartment home, without my having to leave DC at all. If you’re considering Texas Relocation Experts I would definitely recommend you ask for Rickey Shae!

Looking for 2 apartments at the moment in a certain school district. Stopped by because it has been difficult & the move is coming up soon.
The gentleman was nice enough, took the information, showed us what he had on his computer, made a couple of calls to determine availability, and made a few judgement calls related to location and amenities. All of this I found helpful.
However, I was expecting him to take me out & show me a few sites, as I have experienced in the past with other «apartment finders». Instead I got a print out & was sent on my way, with the expectation I mention his name so he will receives a commission.
Maybe I am in the wrong business. That was a pretty good wage for a half hour work, especially since it was for not 1, but 2 apartments. Of course that is all dependent on which place I choose based on my own leg work :)

I had an agent, Tom. He was pretty nice at first, but takes a very long time searching things. I assume because they are paid off commission is the reason he kept pestering me with at least 3 – 4 calls a day. I had to put him on block because quite frankly that amount of calls while I’m still searching for places and working full time is ridiculous. I told him I would call him when I find a place but because he kept pestering me everyday I decided to not put anyone on my referral. It went to the extreme of him calling from 3 different numbers. I finally answered today and just hung up on him. I was flabbergasted he was still trying to contact me. He then proceeded to leave me a voice mail stating, «I’m sorry you felt the need to hang up on me and be so rude but whatever, I’m calling to try and give you a gift card if you put me as a referral. Then again… *mumble, mumble, mumble* *clear as day* rude…» I don’t know of anyone at any business trying to actually get revenue who would leave a voice mail and actually call a customer rude.
When I went to another locator expert, not only were they fast, but they actually took me to different places and did the talking for me… This place doesn’t even suggest it.
I wont and never will recommend this place sole on the actions of TOM.

I decided to come to the Texas Relocation Experts location yesterday as I was looking for an apartment with really no luck. It’s in a shopping center that is fairly new so I assumed that I had made the right decision. I know nothing about apartment hunters so just figured I’d walk in, give them my information or talk to someone. I walked in and there was quite a few people working in there and there were some people being helped.
I stood for a few minutes thinking someone would greet me or help me right away. Or at least let me know they’ll be with me, but no one did so I just sat down in the chairs they provided. I waited for about ten minutes and no one came up to greet me or anything. I left and was really disappointed. I thought it was extremely rude no one came to greet me or just let me know they’d be with me in x amount of minutes or whatever.
I’ve found a different apartment locator thankfully and they actually want my service.
