The Bar, by Don Marsh, is a collaboration of San Antonio’s well-reviewed Bar 1919, tailored to provide the hotel guests & locals with a unique take on classic and craft cocktails; some dating back to pre-prohibition era.
Don Marsh is the city’s pioneer for the speakeasy cocktail scene.
The Bar is the perfect marriage of local atmosphere without the anxiety of rolling the dice hopping to find your watering hole. With over 250 different bottles, it’s sure to provide a stiff yet refreshing drink, whatever your taste may be.
