In 2001 I found myself looking for a property management company to manage a couple of single family homes. I had tried a few «big box» brands and found them to be sadly lacking in anything remotely resembling «service». With my background of having rented homes for several years during moves in the US and overseas as an «aerospace family», both as renter/​occupier and owner/​landlord, I thought if I ever became a Property Manager I would certainly have something valuable to bring to the table.
