Stopped in to kill time and do some wedding planning between appointments. It was busy inside but the line wasn’t too long. Drinks took forever. They were out of what I wanted. Decent cleanliness. Customer service wasn’t overly friendly or anything. This would rate as a mediocre Starbucks experience. My Unilocal rating system: 5 stars= Driving across town just for this! 4 stars= I would recommend visiting. 3 stars= Average, acceptable, positive. 2 stars= You might be able to drag me in. 1 star= I will definitely not be returning.

This is the worst Starbucks. Poorly managed and staff is uneducated on holiday drinks. My husband and I went through the drive thru and were told that many of the holiday drinks are unavailable,(they came out yesterday). I ordered a simple Grande Toffee Nut Latte and my husband ordered a Grande Chai Latte. They didn’t put the whipped cream or toffee nuts on top of my drink. My hubby was sweet and turned the car around, took my drink inside so they could fix it. They are out of toffee nuts. Why tell someone through drive thru you have an item when you don’t? It seemed like none of the staff knew what they were doing! I requested my money back and left. Such a waste of time!

I’ve gotta agree with Mister D here, the line may look deceivingly long but it actually moves quite fast. I hate that once you’re in the drive-thru, you’re IN because you literally cannot escape, but they definitely make up for it by working so speedily. The employees are always so friendly and bubbly, which can get annoying fast since it’s still AM hours when I go and I haven’t had my coffee fix yet. A word of advice: don’t get their Thai peanut wrap, it’s pretty bad. If you’re a baller on a budget, you should download the Starbucks app for a free beverage, or keep an eye out for coupons online. So yeah all in all, I will keep coming back to this location. It ain’t no Local Coffee, but until they open up their Med Center location, this will have to do!

I think these employees are sampling the merchandise and I don’t mind it one bit! They moved 8 – 9 cars in about 5 minutes thru the drive thru. I pulled up and was feeling some kind of way because the line was wrapped all the way around the building but I was pleasantly surprised with how fast they moved all the cars in front of me. The DMV up the street needs to send their employees over here so they can see how you move a line.

I love this location! They are always accurate on my dirty soy chai latte’s now I do go early to mid mornings but I’ve heard from others that the night baristas aren’t the best.

I frequent Starbucks because it is near my house. But please please please STOP putting cold bottled juices in the bag with my pastries, some hot breakfast sandwiches. My food gets cold and those flakey pastries get totally flat. Not fun when ur paying $ 3 for a flat croissant, let alone several! Maybe some more training?

Don’t waste your time coming to this location if you’re remotely in a hurry for your SB fix. Out of five employees that just stood around chit chatting while a customer dominated the ONE cashier’s time, NOONE bothered to at least say hello, see if they can help me, NADA. I was so irritated that by the time I even got to order I already decided I would never come to this location again. If you follow me then you’ll know I frequent SB pretty regularly. What ever happened to going to SB and overpaying for a cup of coffee for the experience??? Considering this is one of the newest locations open, they can learn a thing or two from other more reputable SB’s around. If I could give them zero stars then I would but unfortunately Unilocal doesn’t allow for that.

We love our coffee in the morning, but today the girl(carol) was not the friendliest person at the drive thru, being self employed and making sure our techs aways have a smile on there face and greet and treat everyone with respect is what we expect . Not being judgmental about this but come on. Be nice and smile to your customers, because whatever problems your having at home. Please leave them at home.

I gave two stars for great coffees., but unfortunately the girls lack smiling at the drive thru window. I’m always in a good mood and when I drive up I say something nice like good morning or how you doing today with a no smile response. Today it was Carol at the window they should not have her at the window because she’s the face of the company. She doesn’t smile one bit and a few times in the past she looks tired. Today at the drive thru microphone I made a mistake and corrected myself and you could hear a sigh response. Apparently they have little patients. Maybe I’ll go to another location to see if someone else is friendly. It’s always nice to do business with friendly people.

Gone thru the drive thru several times, always a small wait but good drinks. Today, the line was a bit long so I walked in, no line inside. So I order my drink, one sole grande caramel brûlée latte. 20 minutes later, seeing 3 cars pass that would’ve been BEHIND me in the drive thru, I’m frustrated. Baristas working their butts off but how is it 2 people walk in and out behind me and I’m waiting for my popular seasonal latte? Really frustrating especially on a cold morning, coffee dependent person. Thanks starbucks for making me late to work and in a crabby mood. Go thru drive thru or to the medical center one.

This store decided on bar-stool style seating for the majority of seats. They stools have 4 legs and backs but are virtually unloaded with just an ultra-thin layer of padding. They do have 3 very comfortable leather armchairs and an approximately 25 foot long leather bench seat against one wall. Typical Starbucks interior throughout. Oh, they even have barista counter seating if watching the coffee being prepared appeals to you. As for their product, it’s Starbucks so you should know the drill. So, why the 3 star rating? The seating… I’m just not a fan of the high chair since I lost my last directing gig. Actors Guild always talking about actor safety! Geez, it’s just a little explosives. But I digress. Yeah, the stools aren’t my thing and although they do have backing the padding is insufficient to properly cradle my juicy double.
