Sposa Bella Bridal Boutique

Loved the experience! Very friendly staff! They even made time for me when they were extremely busy and I wanted to come try on my dress for my friends a second time without an appointment! I would recommend this shop to ANYONE! And prices are very reasonable for how beautiful the gowns are:)

One of the best places to buy a bridal gown. Cindy and her staff are amazing! Very attentive with their costumers, great costumer service, they definitely make you feel like a beautiful bride. I’m getting married march of 2016 and I can’t wait to see myself with my dress on.

Sposa bella was amazing. I got married this year and last year I went dress shopping. Sposa bella was the second store I went to. The staff is amazing! I was treated the way a bride should be treated. I felt special. Loved every single dress but had to decide on only one. My dress was beautiful and perfect when it came in. Needless to say my wedding was amazing and sposa bella had alot to do with that.

I had been looking around for a dress for two weeks until I walked in here. They have amazing dresses and each of them have an amazing fit! The best part is that they sell off the rack but I would recommend ordering your size if you’re not in a rush.
Their service is great and the ladies who work there are super sweet. Definitely recommend this place!

I had wonderful experiences at Sposa Bella, and yes plural because I visited the boutique 3 times! Lol. I shopped around and came back to where I tried on my first dress. For me, i believe it was fate, I came across Sposa Bella on my lunch break and from that point on I kept coming back. Elsa and Cindy were very friendly, very knowledgeable and Elsa was very honest with me on how the dresses looked on my figure when I tried them on. The third time was the charm, I went in with my 4yr old and 12yr old and with their reassurance I knew I had found MY dress. We all know kids are brutally honest lol. Their gowns are gorgeous! They answered my 101 questions and even gave me ideas for my bridesmaid dresses and flowers to match my dress.

My experience with Sposa Bella was decent and would not warrant a complaint or negative comment — at least until there was a problem. One of my bridesmaids accompanied me to a wedding fair over the summer where we met some of their staff and loved the display. We were promptly scheduled for an appointment and went to try on the dress in the store a couple weeks later. They told me originally that the dress was under my $ 1000 budget, however when we went to order it and fill out the paperwork it was going to be $ 1400. I was willing to go slightly over since I loved the dress and it fit me well, so I put half the money down as a deposit.
Fast forward to Spring ’15, my wedding plans had fallen apart and I am absolutely devastated. I received a phone call that I assumed was from Sposa Bella, however no one left a voicemail nor was my call returned when I called back, which I find is very unprofessional. I was extremely frustrated and had been going around getting my deposits back from other vendors. When Cindy and her staff refused to work with me about my deposit or the cancellation of my order, I was very put off.
I URGE YOU to find a bridal boutique that will work with you regarding your dress contract in the unlikely event that something happens. I found it very tacky that they were so unapologetic and certainly not accommodating regarding an issue that comes up «all the time.» Don’t do business with them.

In this company’s defense, I have never been to their boutique, so this review is based solely on email correspondence. I reached out to Sposa Bella to inquire about trying on some dresses, but as a courtesy to them, I wanted to make sure they had dresses within my budget as to not waste their time and mine. They quickly responded that most dresses would fall out of my budget, but informed me that their bridesmaid dresses would be in my budget. I fell in love with one of the dresses on their website and requested a quote on that specific dress. As we all know, we hope to stay within a certain budget, but that can quickly change once a bride falls in love with a certain dress. I never heard back. I can only assume it is because they know it is well above my budget. That seems snobbish to me. Let me decide how much wiggle room I can allow in MY budget. #endrant

I had gone to three stores before this boutique. I loved the big discount they offered me – I will get $ 800 off the dress I like if I buy their brand new floor sample – it is a Mori Lee and they said it was $ 1499, so this is almost 50% OFF! WOW

I can’t believe how I almost got ripped off at this place. I went in with a friend yesterday to shp for my wedding. I guess the owner got $$ signs in her eyes when she found out I was getting married in 3 months. she offered me «off the floor sample discounts». She told me it was the only way I could get a gown in time for my wedding. she offered me a «$ 400» discount on a pretty net tulle fitted gown to bring the dress into my $ 1200 price range. So, the gown would have ended up being $ 1099. If it was not discounted, the regular retail, the owner claimed, it would cost $ 1499. I JUST SAW THE SAME GOWN IN AN ARTICLE ON YAHOO NEWS!!! THE NAME OF THE ARTICLE IS «10 Wedding Dresses We Love for Under $ 1,000». The $ 1499 wedding gown she was claiming to discount to $ 1099 is featured in this article for $ 649 by a reputable manufacturer. LADIES, DO NOT BE FOOLED. MARKING UP A $ 649 TO $ 1499 AND THEN DISCOUNTING IT BY $ 400 IS STILL A RIP-​OFF. The $ 649 is manufacturer’s suggested retail. I found this dress at David’s for $ 649 and I will buy it there. Thank goodness the stylist at another high end boutique told me to do my homework. She showed me that a 100% net/​tulle gown for $ 1499 is ridiculous and is the price of comparable lace bridal gowns. MISLEADING AND FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES HERE MAKE IT DIFFICULT FOR REPUTABLE BRIDAL SALONS.

I came to Sposa Bella for my first ever wedding dress shopping appointment. Needless to say, I wasn’t sure what to expect (other than what I’ve seen on tv– SYTTD, etc.) I was immediately greeted by Gabby who was dressed very professional and sweet. Appearance goes a long way with me.
The boutique is small but organized very well and very clean. We strolled through the dresses and she showed me a few that she thought I would like based on what I had told her. She took me to a private room which was awesome because I’m not a huge fan of coming out in front of the crowd to show off and I only had my MOH with me so it was definitely a plus! The room alone made me feel special and was decorated nicely with a giant mirror dead center.
We started trying on dresses and based on other places I went to later that day, Gabby by far, seemed the most experienced in making the bride feel comfortable. She knew how to shimmy the dresses which was good because me being a bigger girl, a lot of the dress sample sizes didn’t fit or barely fit thanks to her help. I really liked this one style of dress that I never considered trying on until Gabby suggested it would look good on me and after trying it on, I agree’d.
It was a trumpet style, blush gown with a satin bodice and a lace overlay. Simply gorgeous and would you know it, from a designer in Paris! Haha pink and Paris are not me but I loved it! It made me feel like a women. It made me feel gorgeous. It made me feel like a bride. I didn’t cry or anything and since it was my first appointment, I didn’t pull the trigger but I did compare every single dress after to that one and the service that Gabby provided.
Needless to say, I ended up finding my perfect dress that unfortunately beat out the Paris design BUT for all you future brides in the San Antonio area looking for a intimate, boutique feel and special experience with your close girlfriends when trying on dresses, go no further than Sposa Bella! If it weren’t for the fact that I fell in love with MY dress at another place (that honestly didn’t give as good of customer service as Gabby did) than I would of purchased here for the customer service and quality selection they offered!

I loved Sposa Bella. They are very attentive and super sweet. The store is small but their dresses are so pretty and clean. I went to other stores around the city after visting Sposa Bella and it was really hard for them to live up to this boutique. Most other places had dirty dresses, some smelled, and they were really pushy in trying to get me to buy a dress from them even though I had told them I didn’t like them. I ended up buy my dress from Sposa Bella and I am really happy :). Definately visit this place.
