I use the same processes that my grandfather and mother used to create a unique and delicious phở dish you’re sure to love! I know that my mom is honored that I’m rekindling the fires to create her beloved recipes. And you’ll have to try my Chinese entrees that are sure to please. Fresh veggies. Just-steamed, fluffy rice. Time-tested sauces and seasoning.

Welcome to Spring Chinese Cuisine and Phở! Spring Chinese Cuisine and Phở is a new restaurant with a seasoned past. I’m Duy Nguyen, co-founder and the head chef at Spring Chinese Cuisine and Phở. I’m trained in Chinese cooking, but with a passion for the Vietnamese phở of my childhood. My grandfather opened his restaurant in Saigon, Vietnam. The restaurant flourished while he perfected his recipes and handed them down to my mother. When our family immigrated to America, I was 17.
I missed the authentic food of my childhood and wanted to honor my family’s culinary history by recreating and perfecting my family’s traditional phở recipe.
