Specialized Medical Solutions (SMS) is a locally owned and operated business. We proudly service San Antonio and surrounding areas. Our continued growth is attributed to our belief of providing patients with the service they deserve. We pride ourselves in providing specialized medical equipment and supplies while ensuring a personalized approach with individualized attention. SMS carries specialty items that are not available with most durable medical equipment companies. Our specialties include, but are not limited to: mastectomy products, night compression garments, lymphedema day compression garments and pumps. When lymphedema is diagnosed promptly and treatment begins early, patients enjoy productive lives with few complications. When lymphedema remains undiagnosed or untreated, the outcome is often painful, costly and debilitating. By encompassing an array of items, we can ensure that each patient will leave satisfied.

Manager

Monica is a BOC certified master fitter. She has nearly seven years of experience fitting lymphedema and post mastectomy patients with compression garments. Monica is able to fit patients for both custom and off-​the-​shelf garments. In addition to her vast amount of product knowledge, Monica is also well versed on insurance coverage criteria.
