I’ve yet to meet this doctor. My appointment was moved 6 hours earlier only two days ago. It took me a month to get this appointment scheduled, so I was reluctant to say no when they called me to change it. Evidently his morning surgery was cancelled, so he wanted to free up his afternoon (I’m guessing for golf). I was told not to worry… The appointment wouldn’t last longer than 30 – 45 minutes since it was my first. I have been waiting in the office for over two hours. Not impressed! Hopefully his medical expertise outshines his business practices.
Update: I NEVER saw Dr. Johnson. After waiting about 2.5 hours, I had to reschedule and leave. I have yet to receive a follow-​up email or phone call to apologize for the lack of professionalism. Don’t be misled– This office is a business first, and a medical practice second. If you have a choice, don’t waste your time with this guy!
ANOTHER update: This guy tried to move my appointment AGAIN two days prior to my «make-​up» appointment. I couldn’t make it work this time, and I couldn’t wait another month for the next availability. His secretary told me he will not speak to a patient on the phone, so I was left with no explanation and no apology. Forget it! Calling my insurance company for a new referral!
