I’m super impressed with this laundromat. It is very clean, the machines are new and well maintained, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend!

I like that they have brand new maytag washers. The large capacity and the small but this week they have 15 machines down. I like coming here because it’s very clean. The machines wash very well. But I’m having second thoughts on going somewhere else because machines seem to be broken to often, their WiFi don’t always work, the TV is never on and the morning employee always making faces like she doesn’t want to be bothered. She has no Customer Service. I have also notice they bring all their family to work. I see them sitting behind the glass door. What boss let’s employee bring family during work? I hope they fix problems to keep thier customers. My advice to Management: Monitor your employees. It is good when they do thier job well but also it would be great to treated their customer well. Also they should be bilingual in Spanish and English because not everyone speaks Spanish.

After months (like really over a year) of watching this place go downhill with washers and dryers break down and not being fixed i was ready to give up on this place. Then low and behold, I walked in on 7.23.15 to see all new machines. They have done a remodel. All the machines are updated. The washers are now $ 1.50 and lock as the cycle starts. The dryers are better then ever and have gone from 1.50 to 1.25. Now, if they can arrange to not keep the bathroom under lock and key. That bathroom situation alone is the only thing that makes this a 4 star and not a 5 star review.
