I have been working in this field for over 25 years doing meditation classes, Reiki, psychotherapy and adding hypnotherapy to my practice. I have worked for numerous agencies including the federal governement and have a variety of experiences and training that I bring into my practice.

I am a clinical social worker using the ability to blend with my higher self to help individuals discover their own ability to connect with their guidance and discover their own solutions to life experiences. I have been a psychotherapist for over 10 years and working with spiritual principles for over 25 years. I am trained in hypnosis, traditional psychotherapy, meditation, and am a Reiki master. I work with my higher guidance to work with you to release resistance and remove blockages in your life and help you to achieve your life goals.
