Go Baby Go is San Antonio’s only brick-​and-​mortar cloth diaper and babywearing store. We specialize in all styles of modern baby carriers and cloth diapers to outfit your family in the best products for natural and attachment parenting.

Go Baby Go has a team of IBCLC (board certified lactation consultants) on staff to assist new parents with breastfeeding issues. We have lactation supplements, cookies, teas, and Bravado nursing bras.

We stock Baltic Amber Teething Necklaces, Teething Oil, Chewbeads, and other fun teething relief, Swim Diapers, natural skin care, and more!

History

Established in 2007.

Go Baby Go was born of a need for natural parenting products locally. In 2012, we became a brick and mortar retail store.

Excellent customer service! Priscilla spent an hour teaching us how to wear the different baby wraps/​slings. It was so wonderful to find a place where we could get answers from an experienced and caring person. We learned how easy it is to use cloth diapers — they carry several varieties. They even have a section of gently used items. Perfect find!!!

I am so in love with this store! The ladies working are so wonderful to do business with! I usually go in with several questions, and they are able to answer everything and then some! They were able to help me pick out he right baby carrier, that was most comfortable for me! They made every effort to make sure that I was happy with my purchase! I am so happy to FINALLY find a passionate business, that is educated in what they sell, and gives the absolute BEST customer service!

I wish I could live at Go Baby Go.
They always have the best products and everyone who works here is super friendly. We took a (free) cloth diapering class here when I was pregnant and we learned so much! During that class, the owner, Liz, told us she only carried products that she would use for her own children. That’s a philosophy that I can get behind.
They also offer a baby wearing class. However, we didn’t have time to attend one and we just showed up one day and Priscilla was happy to help us learn how to use our wrap and ring sling.
They carry great products, from Sakura bloom ring slings to bumgenius diapers. They also have a gently used section if you’re on a budget!

Unparalleled customer service is this first part. Liz and crew offer a variety of free classes and one on one service to show you how to use the myriad of different cloth diapers they offer, as well as letting you try on any baby carrier you like and helping you find the right match for your needs.
To exhibit the integrity behind this place, we asked them if they carried a product we had heard of and read about online, and they said that they didn’t, but went on to explain that they had all personally used it and had not liked it… And therefore they refused to carry it! Are you kidding me? Try finding another place with this much back bone!
Also they’re the ONLY place in town to get diono car seats, which are the safest car seats in the market due to higher quality construction and steel frame.
I love this place and tell everyone I know about it. It’s very close to the local coffee on Broadway so you. Can grab yourself a delicious drink and peruse their great stock with help from their totally over qualified staff! Cheers!

I’m in love with this store. I had heard about it from different moms in town but have never ventured in until I was on the search for a Tula. The sales woman was so nice and gave me a quick how to and once I was sure I found the one I wanted she helped me adjust it to fit me and my son and allowed me to practice putting it on and taking it off. I loved that they were pushy and were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Liz and her crew are amazing and knowledgeable. We first stopped in while I was pregnant and Liz was very patient as she explained all about cloth diapers. The newborn rentals are a great introduction to cloth diapering and so very economical. Especially because we were able to use the deposit towards the purchase of our diapers. We’ve popped in dozens of times over the last year, sometimes to buy, sometimes with questions and the experience has always been overwhelmingly positive.

Liz the owner is very very knowledgeable about her products. Its nice to go in a place where you get a wealth of information and that is all, she lets you decide. I dont think there is a natural baby question she cant answer. Lovely shop, clean and always well organized. Great free classes. Liz is very knowledgable about cloth diapers and baby wearing. She has personal experience with many of the products she sells. I have found her free classes useful. I also appreciate that she allows some local mom groups to use her store for meetings. Prices are comparable to online shops.
Call for directions, google maps and GPS will NOT put you in the right place. Visit her website or call to verify store hours, they are funky.

A mom owned cloth diaper store. Liz is great! She’s always available to offer suggestions & help with your cloth diapering needs. She recently opened up a brick & mortar store so that you can get a close look at all the brands she carries. I always buy my diapers from Go Baby Go because I like supporting a local mom’s business & the products she carries are just wonderful :)
