Fajita Ritas

Very sadly rating 2 stars. I wanted to really like this truck ~ primarily because the owners are so nice and the prices good. I was very disappointed in the fajita nachos. The star of the nachos were the fajitas. They were mesquite smokey good and a huge portion. Unfortunately nothing else was super. The Nachos are made up chips, cheese, refried beans and the meat. The chips are from a bag (round Ricos), the refried beans lack any seasoning, the cheese is also Ricos «cheese». Really wished the chips had been freshly fried and the cheese real. It would have complemented the great fajitas much better. Maybe a little pico too… Best of luck to the owners who are so nice. Hope my comments are taken in the spirit they are intended.

The Gut Slinger is an amazing monster taco, a yummy homemade tortilla filled with savory meat and veggies. I got mine with chicken and guacamole. It’s my favorite!

WOWWOWW!!! FAJITA RITAS!!! I love this place! sometimes I eat there twice a day lol! The homecooked food is so amazing! Fajitas are smoked and so tender! Great service and great prices! Go check them out! You will NOT be disappointed!!!
