History

Established in 1986.

Much like our history «Tradition Begins Here»! Chisholm Hall was was the first housing facility built on on the campus of the University of Texas at San Antonio. At present there are four housing facilities on campus and we remain the only traditional residence hall. We’ve dedicated ourselves to creating an exciting and supportive community supported by a unique, residential life program designed to help up you live, learn and grow. We look forward to welcoming you into our community.

Campus Living Villages (CLV) is the national leader in the privatized management and development of on-​campus student housing. CLV employs approximately 900 housing professionals and currently manages student housing facilities on or near 47 university campuses totaling more than 38,000 beds in the United States, Australia and New Zealand.

CLV has been managing on-​campus student accommodations for 18 years. Our management portfolio has increased over that time period from 634 beds to 38,000 beds in the United States, Australia and New Zealand.

In most of these locations, we are fully-​integrated into the university culture. Because of our unique history of working primarily on campus, we are aware of, and sensitive to, university operations, processes and politics.
