I have been a customer of Bob Jenkins for many years. I have found this company to be very responsive. They show on time which is rare today for service companies. I especially have enjoyed working with my technician Joel. He always takes the time to explain what insects are particular troublesome at the time of the season. It has helped having a knowledge technician who proactive deals with my particular insect problems. Noël has always answered my questions in a comprehensive manner. The office staff is very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. I highly recommend this company.

We have been using Bob Jenkins for over a decade. Last night I called after hours and left a message that I had caught a bug in a jar (and squished a bunch more just like it) and was worried we had termites. Then I asked them to call me in the morning to see what to do next. Not 10 minutes later, I received a text from Gabriel asking me to take a picture and send it to him so that he could take a look. What great customer service! In the end, he assured me they weren’t termites and then I could rest easy. They are coming out to treat us for the dreaded carpenter ants next week.
Unrelated story, years ago I had a flat tire at a gas station and was working on changing the tire. The first truck that saw me pulled over and the driver asked me if he could help me. I looked up and it was Chris, our regular technician (he has since retired).

We have had our pest control services with Bob Jenkins now for 18 years. They have great customer service and are diligent in both the scheduling of our appointments as well as the thorough treatments for pest control.

Right after we bought our current house, we had Bob Jenkins Pest and Lawn come out to treat around our house for bugs/​spiders before we moved in (Back in late August) — the property (especially the yard) was in a state of poor care and we had a TON of ants that clearly wanted to get into the house that were all over the siding/​foundation. They were very generous in their treatment and even with all the rain several months later, we have had no crazy increase in bug activity around the main part of the house. I didn’t want the whole yard bombed (because ecosystems are important), I just didn’t want acrobat ants IN my house, and their organic/​organic based treatment was well priced and has achieved that goal (and no harsh chemical smells/​lingering effects). Once we are ready to Xeriscape/​do more intensive landscaping I plan to contact them for estimates as one of the first companies we bring out for consulting.

This company is awesome with amazing employees. They are quite diligent in scheduling our quarterly pest control visit and are very accommodating with time and day. I love that I do not have to remember when it is time.
Our regular guy is NOEL and he is so personable and still very thorough. He has been coming here so long that he has witnessed a variety of family chaos and changes in family dynamics. I actually enjoy his visit and appreciate his knowledge of our needs. We have gone from a family of 5 to 6, to back to 2– and he has been here for it all. He knows what animals we have and notices the differences so that he can exterminate accordingly. I judge this company on Noël’s personality and service and I am very impressed and will stay with them forever!

Yes, you’ll find cheaper in and around the New Braunfels area, but can you trust those that enter your yard? Are they using the best quality products? Do they actually service your entire yard when you’re not watching?
All of the above, that’s what Bob Jenkins does.

Al sprayed my yard for weeds for years. Very professional and dependable company. I recently moved outside of San Antonio and they will not travel to where I live now, or else I’d still be a client of theirs. If you have a weed problem or your grass isn’t green, I promise, you will not regret using Bob Jenkins!

Gabriel really come through for me. I had to call and reschedule my termite treatment to work with my contractor who was repairing my crawl space. Gabriel moved his schedule around to work with me. Very helpful and great customer service.

Knowledgeable staff with good professionalism. Instead of synthetic and caustic treatments, they tend to use more earth friendly products. Thirty day warranty on certain treatments, like carpenter ants. Good deals on quarterly treatment plans.
