If you want the best Applebee’s service and great draft beer this is your location. Ask for Amanda, JP or Leylon and you won’t be disappointed. They make sure everything is perfect.

Ugh. I like Applebee’s. I really do. They have better values and I prefer them over Friday’s and chilis any day. But why oh why can they never cook a sirloin Med rare. They are always over cooked. And our wings came with ONE single piece of celery. Before all that disappointment, we had to ask 4 times for our daughters apple juice. Get it together guys. I’m pulling for you.

I used to LOVE this place but here in the last few month it has gone to shit. Three weeks ago we had crappy service and complain but didn’t get a response from management. We only came here tonight because we have to scoop some family up from the airport. We were seated within 15 mins. We waited at our table for 31 minutes and still no greeting from a server. Inhad to ask for a manager to get service. The servers excuse was that she thought we didnt need anything since we had beers. That’s no excuse. A guest should be greeted within 2 mins. After that she still took forever to come to iur table. It was horrible!!! I’m not sure if I’ll come back after tonight. The general manager will have a piece of my mind tomorrow.

So glad this is located within one minute walk from my hotel and it opens until 2AM. Nothing is better than a glass of cold beer after loooooong drive. Foods? What do you expect from a $ 15 steak? Lol

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Please don’t believe they bring you endless fries with their Monday night burger special. I didn’t even get my regular order of fries until after my buns were cold. We waited forever. Excuses after excuses. I kept hearing, «let me get the manager for you» and«ooh the kitchen is just really backed up.» Manager never came. We’re pretty much done, and the fries finally get here. Asked for condiments several times. Finally had to get up to get my own Tobasco. Asked for some ranch, it NeVeR came. Bacon Cheeseburger looked nothing like the picture. Didn’t even have any fixings, just the meat, cheese, and two little slices of bacon. I asked for some lettuce and tomato. That also took forever. Waiter kept saying they were making it in the kitchen. How do you make lettuce and tomato, and how does it take so long? Oh yeah, and order was wrong from the beginning. I ordered the all in burger and was given the bacon cheeseburger. That little tablet on the table said you could order a free refill of their blackberry lemonade. Waiter said, no. He said he even asked manager, and that the manager said no. Then he said several times that he was gonna work something out with bartender to make sure we’d get a refill. That never happened. I even told him not to worry about it and to just bring my daughter some water. He kept saying, he’d get the lemonade. He never brought either. I had to share my drink with my daughter. I ordered regular fries and got sweet potato fries. I got charged $ 2.49 for the addition of the sweety potato fries that I didn’t order, and it wasn’t even removed from the ticket. Even my kids said that they never want to return. Just plain Horrible!

Dear Applebee’s I am sticking to Chills from now on. You should spend more on your food and less on your advertising. Reallocate your priorities. The perfect margarita doesn’t compare to the presidente at Chilis. Too much lime too little alcohol, that pretty much sums it up. Ripoff. Potstickers where a little small but tasty. Nothing amazing nothing bad. The 4 cheese Mac and cheese. This dish came to us Luke warm. Was not even tasty. The chicken tenders on top where all right for a kids meal but not an adult. The whole dish was off and very disappointing. The Texas burger with brisket, the main reason I came here on burger night. Biggest disappointment of it all. The bread seemed to be cheap grocery store bread. It supposed to come with jalapeños and it only came with two. When is asked for more they tried to charge me for it. The beef was not hardy and meaty how you expect it to be. The special sauce tastes like watered down Bbq sauce with sugar. Let’s not even talk about the brisket bc it was gross. With this new«menu» of yours I expected a lot more Applebee’s. I hardly write reviews but I was extremely disappointed and had to share my less than enjoyable experience. That was 44 $ in the trash. Save your money don’t come here.

Very disappointing. Had to wait about 10 minutes after being seated for a waitress to say anything to me. Food came relatively quickly, but then didn’t see the waitress again until 15 minutes after I’d finished eating. Had the Kobe meatballs which were nothing special served with stale bread, and the philly steak sandwich, which wasn’t bad, but wasn’t worth the horrible service. As it was, I couldn’t get a refill for my tea(would have been nice), but instead me and a few other tables around me were twiddling our thumbs while many of the waiters and whatnot spent more time socializing and ignoring customers who just wanted a little service. When I was finally able to get my bill the waitress asked if I wanted tea to go. No, I wanted it over 20 minutes ago. I originally wanted a dessert, but was now fearful it would take another 20 minutes to get that. At that point I just wanted to get out of there and go home. Also noticed several tables that weren’t being cleared, so I got to stare at leftover food from people who left before I got there, and at least for the table right next to mine, the plates were still there when I left. Overall, a poorly run restaurant that makes a customer feel like you’re invading the servers’ social time.

I went to this location tonight and they were pretty busy. Its a Saturday night. The servers there are rude. They do not stop for customers. They mow right past you. I work in the service industry at a restaurant and we are taught to stop for customers and let them pass. These guys will bump right into you. When we left my husband said, «I think I had to stop and let at least 5 servers to allow them pass me they didnt even look in my direction and if I didnt move they would have slammed right into me.» They need to be polite to customers at the very least say excuse me. I am glad he thought the same thing. The bathrooms were gross. I lost my appetite after taking my daughter in there. Good thing I have sanitary wipes to clean the toilet before she sat down. The presentation of the food was bad. It tasted great but just slopped together. The table was super dirty. They even wiped it down before we got our drinks(it wasnt set up before we sat down) and it was still dirty. My husbands beer glass was broken. Our servers fixed it promptly but doesnt the bartender pay attnetion to broken glass? We were charged full price for our happy hour items. Thank goodness we noticed. Our server fixed it. I wish I knew his name he was super nice. He was an older latino man. Very funny and friendly. He was what saved the night. If I remember correctly there was an issue with one of his fingers. He was great. This place needs an overhaul. Big time. I hope the owner or managers read this. It needs help.

Service was decent, and food was good. Just took forever to come out, but we came on a friday night so can’t really complain. The drinks was ok, I’ve seen other Applebee’s that did better. Had a great time with friend. Just don’t park under the trees. Those damn birds will get your car good. I mean completely cover your car. Lesson learned.

My little boy likes the food so every now and then I treat him to Applebee’s. The wait staff are always very nice and usually are very attentive. The food is pretty consistent but too salty. My big problem though is the disgusting drink they sell as a margarita during happy hour. I’ve had their premium margarita and it is good, so I was really shocked at how pitiful the happy hour one was. The mix they used had to be the cheapest junk they could find. There was no lime taste at all, just artificial powder taste. Yuck. It wouldn’t even have made a decent lemonade. It was just awful. Forget any flavor of tequila because from what I could tell there was none in the glass. I sent the drink back and would not trust the bartender with another. The waiter was very apologetic, but maybe the manager should have been the one to come talk to me as I left with, shall we say, a very bad taste in my mouth, about Applebee’s and that cheapo thing they’re trying to pass off as a margarita here in the heart of margarita country. I’m giving two stars only because the waiters are attentive and try to make the best of the situation.

Terrible! First off, the seats were dirty when we were seated. I ordered steak… Looks like it has fake grilled marks. I used to love this place when I was living back east… What happened to applebees? This particular one really sucked!!! Poor service and bad food!

I am staying close to this place and was not looking to drive very far to eat. I ordered the Signature Sirloin with Garlic Herb Shrimp with mashed potatoes. Only minor complaint is that they overcooked the steak a little and the food was a little bland but adding a little salt helped. The order was done online and I picked it up outside using their car-side to go service. Overall the service was great and I had my food in about 12 minutes and by the time I got home the food was still hot and juicy. I will go back to this particular location.

Haven’t been here in years on years, maybe since my childhood or the occasional once-twice with my mother in the last 2 – 3 years, but my boss took us here for a coworker birthday last Friday and I remembered I’d never reviewed it. It was nice and clean. Our server was very kind. I really loved the 2+2 deals menu, and the lunch special swap and add specials, too. I ended up with a spinach salad sided by a BLT sandwich. For a chain restaurant salad I was really surprised at how nice their summer salad came out(topped with almonds, chopped onions and bacon, with your dressing on the side so you could use or not use it at your discretion [which really made me, a non-salad dressing person quite happy]). I especially loved that my lunch came out to only around $ 7 for being so lovely, swappable and nice when it arrived. Definitely wouldn’t mind having meetup lunches here when convenient.

I loved this applebees for so long since they are open late and have a refreshing amount of cheap items(2 for $ 20 deal, lunch specials, and half price appetizers after 10 pm) that make it a nice little hang out for the night-owl like me. Going on halloween night might not have been the best idea, but really they were basically empty so i have no excuse for the poor food and service other than the staff didnt care at all and wished to be out as one of the many drunk idiots driving the streets that night. My strawberry tea tasted like water with red food dye in it. No joke. My 3-cheese chicken alfredo tasted like salty watered attempt at a sauce, with well cooked but wrongly cooked chicken that attempted to cement your teeth together when you chewed. Saving grace was the soda not being flat, and the appetizer of cheese sticks with amazingly flavored and spicy marinara sauce that was the only flavor of both mine and my friends meal. Yet another place ill only ever visit for the appetizer and possible dessert selection– nothing else is worth it even for the price.
