Made an appointment for my mother and myself to have pedicures done and when we arrived they said we only made an appointment for one and that they were completely booked for the week. This was the second time we had been turned away from this establishment with the same excuse. To add insult to injury they offered no apology for the misunderstanding just attitude and indifference. It’s a shame when good places start slacking on their customer service because we were completely dismissed by the staff when we have been loyal customers in the past. Never going back.

I absolutely loved this place. I’m from California so I was trying to find a replacement for my old nail salon. I was hesitant about every single salon here but oh my goodness I loved this place. They’re very easy to understand which a huge thing for me because I love chatting and they’re up to date with current styles! Which is so hard to find. Their shop is very clean and pretty which is obviously a big deal. I went with my boyfriend, I got a full set coffin shaped with shellac and he got a spa pedicure (and won’t shut up about how amazing it was) I definitely recommend this place! Ask for Steven! He did an AMAZING job on my nail.

Amazing nail shop! I’m from LA and just came in town to visit family. I looked on Unilocal to see how good they are, it was just as the reviews said amazing. I learned about a new type of overlay for my natural nails. Yen helped me out and she was so sweet and helpful. I even got a glass of wine while getting my nails done. Everyone was so helpful and now I’ll be back every time I’m in town.

Best mani-​pedi ever from Steven!
I made a reservation and did not have to wait. They made me a fresh cup of coffee and I was very comfy in the new massage chair. Using top line products, Steven was friendly, professional and skilled. My feet felt and looked great when he finished. The manicure was also excellent and he really took his time. All in all, I paid $ 90 plus tip for nearly a two hour spa experience which included gels on all 20 nails and a paraffin treatment. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for, right? The salon ambience was lovely and relaxing and my visit did the trick of making me feel pampered. I will definitely be back.

I went in for a full set of accrylics. I ended up getting a full set of solar. The man who helped me acted as if they didn’t do accrylics. I don’t know if that is the case or if he was just trying to get more money. Which he did. It ended up costing me 44.00 when I was expecting to spend 25 – 30. My nails look really good but he was a little rough, my left thumb bled a little and was sore for hours because of the way he filed. Over all my nails look good but the experience was average to below average and really high on their prices. I will still be on the look for my «go to nail salon «in San Antonio.

My first time there, I got there as soon as they opened signed in and she asked what I was getting I told her pedicure and she told me one hour and 15 minute wait!!! There was no one there except one lady getting a manicure and there were a lot of techs just walking around looking like they needed something to do (my feet perhaps?) Needless to say I will not be back. I told her I’m not waiting and I’m going to the nail salon across the street!!!

Lady at the front desk was extremely rude and had lots of attitude for a place of business. They couldn’t get me in because they had appointments. Weird part was not a single person was in the salon!!!

We just moved to San Antonio, so I looked on Unilocal to see where a good nail place close to me is. Ann’s had the best reviews and was super close (it’s right next to HEB). I was able to make a same-​day appointment and the staff was really friendly. I got a great pedi, watched some TV & had a massage from the chair! haha I’ll definitely be going back again when it’s time!

This place is hands down the best place I’ve been to so far. The staff is nice and do a great job, great atmosphere, the prices are good, and the utensils are sterilized. Not just clean but sterilized. I definitely will be coming back here for my pedicures.

I love this place! I always get great treatment and everyone is super friendly. Today had shellac polish change, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. Quick and efficient as usual. And the new chairs have USB chargers which is fabulous!

My mom and I went to Ann’s Nail and Day Spa today and we had a wonderful time. Ann’s is definitely the nicest nail salon that I have been to in the surrounding area. The location is clean and the massage chairs are great! The receptionist was very friendly and kind. My mom had a pedicure and manicure by Anh (not sure about the spelling) and I had a pedicure by Daniel. Both of the technicians were very approachable, skilled and took their time with their work. I appreciate this so much since at other nail salons it always seems like they’re in a hurry to finish their service. I also appreciate that the technicians weren’t pushy about selling additional services and that their prices are reasonable. Only $ 28 for the spa pedicure (I’ve been to other places that charge $ 30-​$ 35 that definitely weren’t as good). My mom and I were both very pleased with our experience and plan to return here soon.

I’m from Dallas, TX but was in need of serious mani so I decided to try a place here. I was very pleased with the receptionist. I walked in at 3:37PM & she gave me an appointment for 4PM so I waited there. I was taken back & was very pleased with Kim. She made my nails look beautiful again! She was so friendly, super funny & very good at what she does! Make an appointment with Kim! My Gel Mani was $ 38 and I thought that was reasonable for a job well done.

Me, my mother, my 3 bridesmaids and flower girl went to get pedicures and manicures on my wedding day 07÷14÷14. Had the best time, the pedicure massage chairs where awesome and hilarious & everyone had such a great time. So patient, friendly, fun and did our toes and nails perfectly. All 6 if us took less than 2 hours so we didn’t go over the wedding time line either. Thank you all for you help in making my day extra special xx

I had high expectations based on Unilocal reviews and was primarily underwhelmed. The front desk staff was preoccupied and not particularly welcoming. The massage chair was not operating properly, and when I mentioned this I was told all of them are worn and malfunction frequently. I found the $ 28 price tag for a basic pedicure to be ridiculously high.
However, my manicurist was kind, chatty but not overbearing, and attentive. I really appreciated her attention to detail and the fact that she wasn’t in a huge rush to get me out of there and onto the next customer. She alone deserves five stars, but the rest of the place does not. I don’t plan on going back, but it wasn’t awful either. All together, it was just another average nail salon.

I just came back from getting my nails done here. They did such a great job and were very nice. I felt welcomed and even though I wanted a specific design done they were very patient about getting the nails to how I wanted. Definitely recommend!
