While on time to pick up guests for a wedding, they took the longest route to the venue both going and coming home. Drivers were rude, AC was either «on or off» we were told when passengers of our 32 seat ride were freezing. Guests complained about erratic driving on back country roads which were posted at 25 – 30 miles an hour.
When I requested the refund of the included gratuity charge, I was given the run-​around… Still haven’t received it, and the voicemail belonging to this company, who recently changed phone numbers and addresses, was full and I could not get in touch. So if you reading this John Ritchie… We are still waiting for our refunded gratuity so check your email… I’ve left you messages with the address you requested. Terrible service at this point… I would continue shopping around if you’re reviewing shuttle/​limo companies. Unacceptable performance considering we rented (3) 32 passenger busses… All drivers received crappy reviews from our wedding guests.
