In town for a conference near the convention center and was in search of something healthy and fresh. Obviously that meant avoiding The Gateway mall. Popped over to Jade Market and was happy to find this gem nestled in the back. Super fast and friendly service. I got the Cobb salad to go. Salad was amazing and substantial, proving you can be healthy AND be full. Will definitely go again.

I’m not usually a deli sandwich kind of guy but a friend suggested we meet up here so I ordered a sandwich while we talked. I had the turkey-bacon sandwich with cucumbers, red peppers, lettuce — EVERYTHING was fresh. Fresh bread, meat, veggies — it was the best deli sandwich I have had in a long, long time. I definitely recommend.

The best bacon in SLC that I’ve found. Everyone that I bring here loves the sandwiches. It’s a little hard to find, just look for the Jade Market and it’s hidden in the back.

Love this place and the owners are so nice. They are always willing to talk to you. I’m not sure their names but they have always been welcoming. I’ve tried two sandwiches, the bacon/avocado and the meatball. Both are very good and they give you a lot of meat on the sandwich. Breads are pretty good, not the best but they are good enough. They have daily specials M-F and I’ve heard the Wednesday one is the best. I have not ordered it yet but plan to soon. Great little store as well. Close to my work so I like to go there and bring my sandwich back to the office.

How good is Rosie’s bread? And bacon? And Avacado? Incredible. Rosie’s Deli has the world’s most delicious $ 7.85 sandwich. It’s made in front of you with fresh ingredients and there is no stinting on the portions. Try the Turkey Cranberry with Avacado and Cream Cheese on multi-grain bread. It’s a religious experience. 5stars

Hidden in the back of Jade Market in downtown SLC, this place is an absolute gem. I think they might put crack in their bacon it’s so addicting. My friend swears her Turkey Bacon Avocado is the best hes ever had. I can’t go quite that far but with fresh bread, good fresh ingredients and quick/friendly service this place is hard to beat for a quick lunch downtown.
