Established in 2009.

Realtypath was founded by just a few Real Estate Agents/​Brokers that wanted to give other Agents a way to get all the same benefits of other Brokerages at a fraction of the cost. They felt that Agents deserved to get as much of their commission as possible. They worked hard to provide tools, resources, and technology that no other Brokerage could offer for the price.
