I am a 10 year experienced agent, currently with Re/​Max Unlimited, and licenced in UT and CA. However, I do not charge the traditional fees that most agents charge. In 2013 I saved my clients in total over $ 215,000 when compared to a regular agent charging «traditional fees». I was also named the #10 agent in the entire state of Utah in 2013 by Real Trends, and sold 95 properties. My experience is great, but my passion is to help my clients save money when buying or selling real estate!

If you are… Selling a Home… I charge a fee of 1.5%. (a buyer’s agent fee will also be included, usually 2.5 to 3%).

If you are… Buying a Home… I will give you a rebate of 1% of the home purchase price… it is FREE MONEY for you.

History

Established in 2005.

Half​priceAgent​.com started because I was personally dissatisfied with high real estate agent commissions. Before I became a Realtor, I was buying property, and felt the agent was making too much money for the work they did. In 2005 I got my licenses in Utah and California, and immediately set out to offer clients great service for a reasonable fee. I settled on the name, Half​priceAgent​.com in 2007, and have been working full time ever since.
