I called about 8:30 am and was happy to hear that I would have a service technician call me for a time the same day for my minor repair. After a few minutes the call came asking if it was OK to show up in about 30 minutes. Of course it was! The plumber was nice and fixed my 2 small problems in about 10 – 15 minutes. Quick, honest, and effective service. I don’t know if I could have taken care of it for less money, but it was a perfect experience.

Loved being able to schedule an appointment after hours.
Hated having to wait 5.5 hours after the scheduled appointment after taking the day off work.
Didn’t like the plumber high balling the estimate after I waited 5.5 hours after our scheduled appointment.

These guys are great. I called them after I got a quote for work on my air conditioner. Come to find out my regular guys wanted to do a bunch of stuff that was unnecessary.
These guys are prompt, professional and honest! I would highly recommend!

DO NOT pay $ 89 to have one of their service guys to come out and «take a look at the problem». There are plenty of plumbers out there that don’t charge to come over and take a look at the problem before giving you a quote. It cost me $ 89 to have someone come out and have me tell them what I would like them to do. I told them over the phone what I needed. It was very simple… very simple. So then they came out and figured since I’m already on the hook for $ 89, they can charge me whatever they want because odds are, I wont shop around after spending $ 89 to tell them what to do. Their quote was three times higher than what I found someone to do the work for. Do not have a service guy come out and try to bend you over like they did me.

Plumbing is usually the last thing you worry about untill something goes wrong. We just purchased a home & a week later we have a backed up drain! I called half a dozen plumbers in the area & no one could send out a tech same day that is untill I called all hours plumbing. Not only did they say they could send out a tech same day he literally showed up under an hour after I made the call! What a relief to me & my girlfriend. They were very helpful & knowledgeable and went above & beyond what I expected to help me resolve my plumbing nightmare. Would I recommend them YES! Should you call them if you have an issue YES!

Christmas plumbing emergency! Called at 9 pm and Aaron was at the house in 15 minutes. We had a house full of company and we’re starting to look for hotels because sinks, showers and toilets unuseable. Aaron was fast and professional and saved our evening! The price was extremely fair considering the timing. If you’re looking for a new reliable plumber. .these are your guys.

I had such a great experience with All Hours Plumbing. Chuck is an incredibly knowledgeable plumber and I will use his services again. He is equipped to perform any scale of plumbing project you could have. The project was done in the timeline described, which was unusual for my remodel.
I have a Triplex that he performed lots of work on. He was completely reasonable on pricing. He has been more responsive than I could ever expect and always timely on the required work to be done.

I originally scheduled someone with a different company but they neglected to show up in the two hour time frame. I called All Hours Plumbing SLC and someone showed up within 30 minutes of the phone call. He was friendly, professional, completely fixed my toilet and offered a fair price. Not sure what people are talking about when they said they won’t be here in an emergency. I called and they came right out in the middle of the night. Chuck with All Hours Plumbing was nothing short of a miracle worker. I was drilling into my wall and hit TWO gas lines in the worst possible spot. Chuck came out and started working all night to get this nightmare of a job complete. He was very courteous and professional. By far the best plumber I’ve ever used. I have other rental properties so I have seen quite a few along the way. Thank you All Hours Plumbing for coming out over the holiday weekend to get the job done!

These guys are the worst. The girl on the phone will tell you a price. Then the tech comes and gives you a totally different price. They know that if you need a 24 hour plumber and they are there they have you a over a barrel. For shame on you guys!
I ended up paying $ 350+ for a job that took one guy no material and 5 minutes of time.

Prompt, polite, and honest. Snaked the main drain that was backed up and flooding the basement. I had my dad interact with them for the most part — since he has better knowledge of the plumbing in my house, but they made a point to give me the information they’d already discussed with him when I paid the bill. Would call them again if something goes wrong.
