The cash register Karla is very unprofessional. As Karla is ringing up a customer, she stops every second to chat, complain how she hurt her back, laugh, and joke with other co workers who are by the way also ringing customers.
I go to Smart and Final to shop, pay and go on with my life. Not to hear their personal conversation that are preventing me to leave. I did speak to the key holder, I hope its brought to their attention.

Find it amazing that the busier they are the less registers they open.
Was there at noon and when I arrived there were 2 registers open and by the time I went to check out there was only one register open with 7 people in line 5 of who had huge baskets.
Waited a few minutes but no effort was made to open another register so left stuff and went to Walmart.

I love Smart and Final, its a smaller Costco, all though they don’t carry everything else Costco does, they ‘re more smaller and more efficient. It can busy at times but they always call for re enforcements. They carry a lot of items for restaurants but many other great household items.
I often buy the 30 Pack candy bars for fundraisers and also supplies for large parties like paper plates, napkins, etc.
