History

Established in 2006.

At a young age, I the owner started working as a construction labor assisting carpet installers at the same time I help cleaning carpets. Little by little started learning this process, carefully distinguishing the difference between olefin and nylon and polyester fibers as well as wool and Persian wool rugs. As I continue to do this for years I decided to make a change in my life and decided to land my own name. I Eddie the owner have what it takes to handle your carpets as if they were mine. Making sure once I enter someone’s home I will handle things very carefully and main goal its to make sure my clients are fully satisfied.

I searched for a carpet cleaners service with
and was immediately contact by Eddie. He was very flexible in terms of scheduling which worked out great because of my busy work schedule! He arrived on time and the cleaning took about an 1 hour for my apartment. Once he was finished he made sure I checked the carpets ensuring I was happy with the work and was quick to clean up one spot I noticed. Overall, the service was great and I would definitely use their services again!

I called this company and Eddie answered the phone. I was going to ask if he will be interested to quote on a project for one of our Facility. I wasn’t even done asking and he immediately said… I’m sorry I’m busy right now… just call me some other day…” Why would you even answer your phone then just almost hang-​up because your buzy… way to impress a customer.

A little late on the review, but I promised I would do one so here it is…
Eddie and his team were prompt, thorough AND fast!!! He called on a Friday after I requested for move out cleaning service and carpet cleaning. He was willing to work with me on such short notice (the Saturday before Superbowl Sunday).
His prices are fair and with me living in military housing he knew EXACTLY what to clean and how to clean it. My home was cleaner than when I initially moved in! He guarantees his service so if there was anything missed he reassured me that he would come to the home same day after the inspection and do it himself.
BUT he didn’t need to because when I moved out, the property management was very impressed on inspection day. I would use this company again without any hesitation.

We were desperate to find a carpet cleaner on short notice. I mean the same day kind of hurry.
I called many other cleaners in the Pacific Grove area and was turned down and told it «couldn’t be done». I have to add here that it was also a Sunday!
Then I called Eddie at Brilliant Edge Carpet Cleaning and not only was he able to help me, he came to the rental immediately.
He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He knew how to get these horrible scratch marks off the kitchen linoleum perfectly and the carpet looked brand new after cleaning and it smelled fresh. I was amazed at his skills and attention to detail. We had a huge cleaning deposit at stake here and did receive every penny back from the landlord.
Eddie even moved and cleaned under the stove, the fridge and then left everything in perfect condition. I like the fact that the cleaning gear was truck mounted so he took away all the dirt and water with him and it dried in record time.
I do not have enough good things to say here. Don’t even look further, call Eddie and get it done right the first time. His prices are amazing and you can tell he enjoys his work. Hard to find a business as dedicated to providing such excellent service. Thank You Brilliant Edge and Thank you Eddie!

I was very happy with their service. I called in a day before I needed my carpet cleaned, desperate to find someone last minute. They were so kind and gave me an appointment for the next day: a Sunday! The prices were very good! My carpets were cleaned to perfection and they were surprisingly quick! Top notch cleaning at rates that beat other estimates.
I have utilized Brilliant Edge Cleaning twice over the past year. Their performance on the first hiring convinced me to hire them for a much bigger second job.
After spilling some red wine on my friend’s couch, I hired Brilliant Edge for cleaning. I found the estimate to be better than what I was expecting, and when the work was done, the couch looked as if wine had never been spilled on it.
Later, when I was moving out of my rental property, I needed to hire a cleaning agency that could handle general cleaning, windows, and carpet steam cleaning. All of these are within Brilliant Edge’s wheel house. I collected three estimates, and Brilliant Edge offered the lowest. Not only that, but their capability to perform all three functions meant that I wasn’t having to hire different companies to do different aspects of the work. Given the previous performance on cleaning the couch, it was without hesitation that I locked in the estimate for the work.
The work was done on time and to standard. All kitchen appliances looked sparkling, the windows were spotless, and the carpet was thoroughly cleaned. Not only that, but the owner went the extra mile when I asked him for help with some other things I needed to close out the house, such as borrowing a ladder to remove a satellite dish, and removing some debris from the property.
A+ work.

The Brilliant Edge Team did an outstanding job with my condo that had been neglected for many year. They did a thorough cleaning including windows and carpets. The quality of the work was excellent. It was expensive but worth it. Only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars was that the tile work in my living room and dining room areas were not done quite as well as I would have liked. I would recommend Brilliant Edge, especially for the large and difficult cleaning jobs like my condominium.
