I was tired of the shower curtain in our guest bathroom, and was fed up with our old shower door that kept coming off the track. It looked old and gross. I found this company on Unilocal and saw the 5-​star reviews, so I wrote a message to ask for a quote. Winnifred answered back really fast! In the meantime, we went to a home show to scout out having our shower doors replaced. I called one of the places who said they only came our Mon-​Fri during the times when I work. They weren’t very friendly, either. When I asked Winnifred if he does evening or weekend hours, he immediately said that he would come pretty much «anytime that worked for me». Wow! He was very professional when he showed up. He patiently showed us samples and the longer he spoke, I could tell he’s had a lot of experience working with glass. He took meticulous measurements and we paid him a deposit (he takes credit cards, too). He gave us a quote and left, without any kind of pressure. We decided to have him do the work. As promised, our shower doors arrived in less than a week. He came (on a Sunday), with an assistant, and in less than three hours our bathrooms were completely updated! I cannot believe the difference. The shower doors look beautiful, fit perfectly and we’ve had no problems with leaking. I’m always happy to support a family owned business, without going through the Big Box stores. He’s a customer service oriented business owner, and I have no doubt he will be a success in his business. He has my highest endorsement, and I would call him again when we have any need for windows or any additional services he offers.

Glasswork By Design was recommended to us while we were remodeling our bathroom shower and I couldn’t be happier with their quality, speed, and service.
When we first met Glasswork By Design, Winnifred came to our house, showed us options for the door, and even had samples so that we could see the different thicknesses of glass. We were able to get a customized height for the glass and pick brackets and door handle types but we were offered options to customize way more than I ever thought. I once went to Home Depot to get a quote prior to meeting Glasswork and just the glass door alone at Home Depot was nearly the same price and that did not include installation. Glasswork had the door ready ahead of schedule and offered to install over the weekend too. Excellent work. Couldn’t be happier with the experience.
