Very disappointed. Tables were not clean. Had to get napkin and clean table. Hamburger bun was crumbly. Part of bun was broken on top and hamburger would fall apart when trying to eat. I am guessing it was a very old bun. Burger tasted good but not worth seven bucks plus. Double double at In and Out much better and In and Out is always very clean and well taken run. We were there at 5:10 pm and only two people working and few customers. Probably failing and going out of business.

Taking the orders is a challenge. The guy was confused. The floor was filthy. Tables are sticky, dirty. Good fries, good little bacon cheeseburger. Probably won’t go back for another 2 years. Now I remember why I don’t go more often.

It was cool that you could add to the shakes for free but when you get it, it was just vanilla with hints of the flavors that you wanted. Also, for paying almost $ 5, I expected for to be awesome! Not McDonald average. The fries weren’t all that flavorful and the burgers were just okay. The menu needs to be updated, there’s more out there than just bacon. I will say this though, the customer service was awesome =)

This is an initial review without even having gone to this one yet… called in a quick pick up order 10 minutes before closing on a Saturday night saying we could be there in 5 minutes. Said they’re no longer taking orders. Then why are you still open? Hate when businesses do this and the owner should be pissed.

Haven’t had this location of 5 guys until today! Never let down with a five guys burger! A co worker brought me in the burger, and it was awesome! I’ll definitely be coming back. Keep up the great work!

My favorite place for hamburgers. This locations is always consistent. They do such a great job with their burgers and fries. When I’m not in the mood for meat I also get the veggie sandwich with cheese and it’s amazing! You don’t even miss the meat! Their fries are some of the best I’ve had for the price. I rather come here than go to a fast food place.

Gotta give it 2 stars because this 5 guys is nothing like the ones in southern ca. First off, even tho its a small detail, they don’t have ketchup pumps, only packets. It takes long enough to empty the packets to enjoy cold fries. The fries that they give you barely even fill the cup up half way(kinda like another place that has never filled my fry container full, I wont mention this McPlace) where as the other stores in southern ca fill up the cup plus dump 2 scoops more in the bag.

This establishment is great. After ordering the burgers and fries my family and I sat at the table waiting patiently for our order while waiting we snacked on peanuts. I myself don’t know to many day food places that provide you with peanuts. When my order was announced I was given a large bag with burgers and fries. The hamburgers were made to perfection and the fries were out of this world. On my next visit I would like to feast on the grilled cheese sandwiches and frothy milkshakes. I would recommend this fast food restaurant for those that want to have good burgers and fries and also great dining experience.

I gave this 2 stars because the burgers aren’t really good, the fries are good. I like that they have nuts as mini snacks, I never tried the mlikshakes but they look good. Overall it is an okay fast food restaurant.

Burgers were good. Fries even better. Counter service was pleasant and fast. A little pricey. They should offer combos. Everything is Ala carte. I’ll be back ’cause it was good.

Dry, like cardboard. Every time. Press the juice out of it every time even if you ask them not to.

I’ve been to Five Guys on the East and West Coasts, so I already know their food is great. This review is pertaining to the atrocious customer service I just experienced. My husband and I were on a day trip, and this location suited us for an early lunch. Although their posted hours are 11am-10pm, when we arrived at 10:50am the«open» sign was lit and the doors were open which are the universal signs that a place is ready for business. I went in to use the restroom without any of the employees protesting my presence before their posted business hours. When I came out I asked if it was alright to order a burger before they technically opened since their doors were open and the sign was on. Right away the assistant manager jumped down my throat saying they were taking their 30 min break so they legally couldn’t serve me because they’re required by law to not work on their break. I asked him not to get an attitude because I was just asking a question. His reply was«well people ask us that all the time so we’re tired of it.» I told him I’d be happy to take my business where the service was more friendly. I’ve worked in the food and service industry for almost a decade. In all that time I’ve never worked in any business where it’s company policy to turn away customers even if they enter before or after the posted hours. If you don’t open til 11, and you don’t want to serve people before that time then don’t have your sign on and your doors open. However if you happen to look ready for business before you actually are, it’s not the customer’s fault and they shouldn’t be made to feel like they are in the wrong. Own your mistake, serve them, and remember to lock up in the future so you don’t get tired of people asking for service before you’re ready. I truly hope this is a one time occurrence, but in case this becomes a trend I thought my fellow Unilocalers deserved to know what they might be getting themselves into at this location. I wish I’d gotten the assistant manager’s name, but he’s short and slight with brown hair and a goatee. Happy Unilocaling, y’all!

The milkshake was to die for. Strawberry and banana mix. Thanks Mikey! Service was great! Highly recommended when you need a little food therapy after a particularly hard day at work.

I like their milkshakes. Especially the banana flavor or the Oreo milkshake. The hamburgers are typical to me– overrated. I don’t really see a difference but I am not really a hamburger fan as it is. The fries are ok. Nothing special. It’s really hard for me to give low ratings when the service is great and nothing was wrong with the food. I just wouldn’t go out of my way to come here for the price.

Hubby was really craving a hamburger tonight and wanted to try this place out. He had their bacon cheese burger with everything and only one patty. It was a nice big burger with plenty of fixens inside. He said it was good and he enjoyed it. I had their small cheese burger and they made it just like I ordered it. It was good, the only thing I would suggest is to put more seasoning on their meat. We also had a large fry. These were really good but the large was too large for us ha ha.

Five Guys vs. Smashburger vs. In And Out. While traveling from San Francisco to Lancaster, California, my wife, driving with two other adults and two kids decided it was dinner time. She saw a billboard advertising Five Guys and thought to stop there. It was her first time at a Five Guys. For me, being from Alexandria Virginia, I’ve been to Five Guys a time or two. After we all ate burgers, fries and some peanuts we were on our way. I asked my wife which was better, Five Guys or Smashburger? She like Five Guys more because the burger seemed juicier, thicker in quality, and she loved that she could choose her own toppings. Then I asked her to choose between Five Guys and In And Out. Same reasons, you winner… Five Guys !

Went to Five Guys the other day after swearing I would never go down that path again. And it was glorious. Service at the place was cool, the tall dude at the register was super cool and professional. The guy who called my order number seemed like he was having a bad day and my bag of oily greased up goodness wasn’t helping. Anywhooo, went home to chow down and chow down I did! It was cooked to perfection, fries were… well fries, who cares this is about the burger! Oh beautiful delicious burger, why art thou so tender and juicy. Perfect amount of cheese and onions tucked in-between two perfectly grilled patties. It was drool worthy. My only regret is not getting a milkshake… but my arteries weren’t ready for that kind of commitment. Will I go back… one day, maybe not for a while. At least not if I ever want to go to the beach again. But I did enjoy my one day of splendor.
