Action Physical Therapy

Thank you Steve for being a great caring Physical Therapist. I would recommend ACTION PT to all those that want professional service that takes the proper steps with clients information adhering to hard to explain HIPPA LAWS with my private data all the way down to a credit card transaction. I am OK with charges on a no show on my committed times especially because Steve is reliable and shows up to scheduled times which is important to me as a professional and my health getting better sticking to those times. I am feeling great and since the ACL tear and your help, my leg is better than before thanks for the routines and treatment. Thank you for your commitment to your industry your the only PT I ever plan to see!

The therapists were really nice, staff so-​so, depending on the day. The hours that I was given for appts (10am-​1pm) didn’t work for me due to work hours. I had to cancel an appt at the last minute due to an emergency meeting at work– when I called to cancel I was told I’d be charged a late fee and when I said, «I will?» I was told, «you signed the papers and you should know that.» Just be warned that their billing is done by an outside agency and they cannot take payments directly, so you have to call to get your bill amount, then call the office to pay with that amount. The office does not mail receipts due to «safety» reasons. You have to wait for your credit card statement. So, due to different factors, I decided to discontinue my appts. Again, the therapists were very nice, but the whole experience didn’t work for me.
