Established in 2005.

Skip Wilcox, owner of 3W Builders has worked in the construction industry for 30+ years. He was superintendent for a large construction firm, which specialized in hospitals and schools, when he decided to start his own family business.

Skip’s love of the trades, combined with his lifetime of experience and impeccable integrity, makes for a building company worthy of its quality reputation.

Skip Wilcox, owner/​general contractor for 3W Builders, is a Monterey County native, who loves where he lives. Skip is married, and a father of 4 boys and 2 girls, ages 3 all the way up to 18. He has been building all his life, and is a perfectionist when it comes to quality.
