Willamette Valley Mobile Notary Services travels to your home, office, bank, financial institution, attorney’s office, title or escrow company or any other agreed upon location to perform notarial services. In addition to notary services, pick-up and delivery of documents can also be scheduled. Travel fees apply for «pick-up/delivery only» orders.
Available Mon-Friday 8am-6pm; Saturday 10am-5pm. After hours, last minute appointments, and Sundays for an additional fee. Call today to schedule your appointment!

As a Notary Public for the state of Oregon and owner of Willamette Valley Mobile Notary Services, Katrina takes her notary and signing agent responsibilities very seriously. She displays great care when dealing with clients by providing fast, efficient, and quality service for each and every order. You can rest assured that Katrina will display the utmost level of professionalism and will go above and beyond to make sure your order is promptly and accurately completed to your specifications.
On a personal note, Katrina graduated from Oregon State University (Go Beavs!) with a B.S. in Human Development and Family Sciences with a minor in Anthropolgy. Katrina enjoys spending quality time with friends and family and traveling the world with her teenage daughter. Katrina has devoted her life to helping others by volunteering with elderly and hospice patients, caring for foster children, sponsoring several children abroad, and lending a helping hand to those in need.
