Larry and his crew did a phenomenal job moving us from Woodburn to Silverton. They started at 9am and had evey piece of furniture placed and together as well as all boxes in the rooms they were marked for by 5:30 that evening. Very professional crew and it showed by how they all worked. if you need a moving company call Larry at Cross Town you won’t be disappointed. Thanks for making our move enjoyable and easy.

My wife and I just completed a local Salem move with Cross Town Movers. Our move was small, just 5 pieces of furniture, but the furniture was heavy, expensive, reclaimed Brazilian iron wood pieces that are not easy to move (and are important to us). The two man team Cross Town sent us was Leo and Chris. We thought three men would be needed for our job (the 8.5 ft buffet weighs hundreds of pounds), but Cross Town said no, Leo and Chris could do the job. Our primary concerns were that the furniture be carefully handled, and the home it was being removed from not be damaged.
The move went as well as we could possibly have hoped. Leo and Chris are intelligent, and thoughtful about how they go about their job; also, they are very strong and extremely careful. We asked them to relocate another piece of furniture in the home and they cheerfully accommodated. These men are gentlemen and very pleasant to work with.
We look forward to working with Leo and Chris again on a little longer move. Honestly, you can call Cross Town Movers Salem with a lot of confidence. I would definitely ask to be scheduled with Leo and Chris (I have no experience with anyone else there).

These guys do a fair job. I was a little disapointed to open drawers and cabinets and find them unpacked after they left. Also, some boxes missed the truck, as they don’t do a post packing walk through. None of this was a big deal with the short move I did as I could load the remainder myself. They also said they’d call to discuss these issues, but never got back to me.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. The guys worked hard and swiftly, were clean, courteous and thoughtful with my stuff. Great value too.
