I’m a regular at this store and every time I go there the people are always so nice and helpful if I need to find something. Went there also to print some photos off my phone and I didn’t feel rushed at all whatsoever :) the woman walked me step by step through the process.

Staff is always very sweet and helpful

The store itself is fine, generally kinda eerie and empty, but the service is decent.
However, the pharmacy is a different story. Every time I’ve waited in line to pick up a prescription (and there has always been a line of 2+ people), there has been one customer who storms off angrily from the pickup window. I’ve previously thought that these people must have a short temper, and tried to be extra friendly when it was my turn.
A few days ago I went in to pick up a prescription that my Dr. had sent right to them, which they had never filled. The cashier asked if I wanted to wait 20 minutes to have them fill it, or if I wanted to come back another day. I told her I didn’t have time to wait and would be back that evening. She took my prescription card, 15 minutes later when I asked her what I was waiting for, she explained that they were trying to «verify my insurance information». I told her that I did not have time to wait (as I stated earlier), and she said if they hung up they’d have to call back when I returned. Finally they «verified» the coverage, and I told her I would be back in 20 minutes to pick it up.
When I returned a few hours later, a different cashier said that they «were really busy» and they «hadn’t had time to fill it». So I continued to wait for another 25 minutes that evening for them to fill it.
Clearly this is NOT the pharmacy to go to, unless you have all day to wait for their horrible customer service.
