Rude rude rude customer service — or lack thereof –customer service !!! My elderly parents are longtime AT& T customers. They purchased a cord for an iPhone on the 10th of December that proved to be defective. When attempting to return the defective cord with receipt — they were treated curtly, rudely, and sent home with the defective cord & told «Not possible to exchange for a working cord« A woman called Alyssa was the supposed«customer service«agent. It took another trip by my sister to the store to exchange the defective cord and a call to AT& T corporate — My sister was assisted by a helpful young man, Ephrain, on her visit to this store Quite a bit of inconvenience over a 29.95 $ defective item !!!
