Larry’s Appliance Castle

I called Larry and left a message the day after Christmas because my beloved dishwasher died Christmas Eve (I don’t like to do dishes at all). He called me first thing Monday morning and was on my doorstep by 9 am. He identified it had a blown fuse and had my dishwasher back up and running within 20 minutes max. Excellent customer service! I appreciated the quick response more than I can express in words. On top of it, super nice guy. Top notch individual, I would recommend his services to anyone and I should I need repairs on any of my appliances again, he will be who I call!

Larry came out and looked at our Dishwasher, he determined the water pump was dying as it wouldn’t pump water up to the top rack with any pressure. We couldn’t afford to buy a new Dishwasher right then so he gave us a old one he got from somebody else which he was going to scrap due to its age even though it worked.

Bought a refurbished dryer, told Larry at the time we were moving out of state. We asked Larry about the warranty and he assured us no matter where we were ’ I always take care of my customers’. One month later the dryer died, we told Larry the dryer would need service and ask him what he could do to help us. Larry told us we were on our own. I reminded him of his promise and he told me ’ what are you going to do from out of state you can’t touch me’. I informed him this is unethical business practice, and he hung up on me. He then proceeded to call me back and hang up when I answered, just to twist the knife.
Just a warning Salem, there are alternatives; please shop with them and do not consider Larry. He has no scruples in business and he will screw you over if he has the opportunity. I believed all his grand talk about how great he is with his customers and look what it did for me.
