Ordered a chicken sandwich on a croissant. Brought it home and I found out it was all burnt. Threw it out. Went back later and the clerk would not replace. I wanted to speak to the owner and the clerk did not know who the owner was and how to reach him. Picture:

This is my favorite coffee shop in Salem right now. I recently discovered Honey Dew, I was always a Dunkins guy, and after going to this place once, I was sold for life. Friendly staff, super clean, organized, and everything is super fresh made daily. I also love the crushed ice on my iced coffee! Highly recommended, this place rocks!

There are many Honey Dew locations on the North Shore, but this one is by far the best. Food is always fresh and delicious, staff are above and beyond friendly, and they put crushed ice in the iced coffee, which makes it colder and better – trust me.

I come down Canal St. every morning on my way to work. One morning several months ago, in need of coffee and in a rush, I drove past the long lines at Bagel World and Dunkin Donuts, and gave Honey Dew a try. My expectations were low — it was my first time trying Honey Dew — and wow, I was pleasantly surprised! There was no line, the service was fast and friendly, and the coffee and food were good! Since then I hit this place up once or twice a week when I want a coffee to go. I’ve become a Honey Dew convert: the coffee has a really nice flavor, and their breakfast sandwich menu is better than Dunkin’s. What I like about the Canal St. Honey Dew: — coffee and food taste better than Dunkin’s — the service is fast! — the staff are friendly! — and they get my order right every time!!! Love it! (I find the Canal St. Dunkin’s to be lacking in all three of these areas, but that’s another review…)
