Time Insulation

Called for an estimate, and they booked the time of my choosing. Estimator was exactly on time. He quoted a price with labour and material far less than I could do it myself with gear from Home Depot. The Truck arrived 5 minutes early to my home, and 2 pleasant young men took care of business in 30 minutes, and left no mess. I tipped them $ 20 to go get lunch, as it was so painless. Will recommend to anyone. Andrew and Justin were the 2 fellows doing the work; and they were both filthy and sweaty at the end of the job, and they said thanks for hiring us.

Any company that is willing to come out to Clearwater from St. Pete and not sell me something, is amazing. So I feel for Douglas who had a hard time reaching Vaughn. When I called the office, they said the spray foam must go thru one of their reps because it’s in such high demand/​popular, but that also there are many people that want the spray foam, but can’t use it for their project. I told the office I was really busy and hard to reach, so they gave me Vaughn’s cell phone number. After a couple of rounds of phone tag, we connected and he asked me some important questions and then gave me some helpful information about how much space is needed to perform the spray, etc. I left the phone call feeling more informed and confident for our upcoming visit at my house. I called the office and scheduled a time for him to come to my home. A few days later, he showed up bright and early. He’s a friendly guy with 20+ years experience. He looked at my house and said I could get spray foam if I wanted it, but if I don’t have a moisture issue (inside, with my flooring) that I really didn’t need it. Yep, he didn’t just lay it on me that I needed or must have this product, but offered it if I wanted it. I appreciate not having to spend the money right now and I felt like after my home inspection when I bought my home a few years ago that I ‘needed’ to spend the money to protect my house. Thank you, Vaughn, for your help and honesty.

I’m extremely impressed with Time Insulation and would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank God there are still honest companies out there who will treat you right.
Having Bill come out and do the estimate already set them apart from other places I called as the others were highly reluctant to physically inspect exactly what I needed. Their pricing was great — for 1200sq ft of blow-​in fiberglass insulation they charged me $ 303, which was slightly more than the cheapest guy but less than the $ 500 quote I got over the phone from another company.
Ron and the crew who actually installed the insulation were on time, professional and courteous. They ensured they left my house they way they found it (ie: they actually cleaned-​up after themselves). They addressed the areas of the attic that concerned me most and the final inspection looked amazing. My AC /​heatpump is running less and we’re more comfortable now.
They also honor power company rebates, which can take about a month to get as you have to wait on a power company rep to come to your home to do an inspection; my rebate was for $ 200.
