Saji-Ya was created in 1979 By Tatsuya Saji with Kiminobu Ichikawa as his executive chef. Ichi’s menu specialized in the preparation of both sushi and northern Japanese fare. The freshness and quality of their food got people together to try something new
House specialties include Yakiniku, Panfried Gyoza, Pablo Escolar roll and our head chef’s signature Manny roll.
