Atlas Games is the distributer or Gloom, amongst other amazing tabletop games. If you have never played Gloom, I highly recommend it. Great gothic themes and a fabulous card design.
But I digress…
I wanted to review this company because of their OUTSTANDING customer service. I bought a new copy of the game on my way to a wedding a few months ago. Unfortunately, I did not open and inspect it until I was on an international vacation and discovered a card missing from the deck.
Atlas Games gets 5 stars because I went to the website and found a link to contact them and requesting a replacement card. They sent it in the mail and packaged it wonderfully so they card wasn’t bend or destroyed en route. Jess @ Atlas has made me a very satisfied customer. Thanks!
