Very nice clean establishment. The customer service is great. You’re greeted as soon as you walk in.
Pros– front clerk super nice and knowledgeable
Masseuse was kind and did a good job focused on the areas I asked and reminded me I could change my mind. In the back it’s nice and quiet relaxing and comfortable.
Cons– location kind of stinks. Noise from the street can flood into the front and relaxation waiting room.
Overall good experience. Didnt feel overwhelmed or hassled to become a member and left feeling a bit better.

I called early afternoon to try to get a same day appointment. They had one available and I was so happy! I just ran the Marine Corps Marathon 5 days ago and was REALLY in need of a massage. I was here for work all week and I read work good reviews so I went for it.
The receptionist on the phone was really nice and very friendly when I came in. She got me water while I filled out the forms. I didn’t wait long at all. This was also my first time to any massage envy.
My appointment was with Aaron. I told him that I just ran the marathon and was having some problem areas. He listened and definitely understood. He found ALL the knots and worked them out. It was painful but a good kind of pain. He was very nice and great with his hands. We talked a little but he wasn’t overly talkative. He did a great job! My back, neck, legs and feet feel so much better! Thanks Aaron!!! I’d definitely recommend this place and Aaron!

If you want a great, deep massage ask for Crystal! She’s also very good at hand massaging. After a disappointing massage at a different M.E., I was a real stickler about what I wanted, particularly that I wanted the massage to be super deep and focus on my upper back. She nailed it and I left the place very massage-​drunk. Will definitely be back for more!

This review is going to be unabashedly biased toward my favorite therapist at the Olivette store. That said, I always had a good experience here with the staff — but I only saw one therpaist, and that was my gal Doni Rae!
I say this as someone who has been to many Massage Envy stores in the St. Louis area. Doni is by far the best massage therapist I have had. She’s attentive, friendly, and doesn’t short your time!
I moved to California a few months ago, and I’ve been desperately looking for a replacement for Doni. No such luck. Those of you with the good fortune to live near this Massage Envy, do yourself a favor and book there with her.
Plus: awesome donut shop nearby. Win-​win!
