We specialize in Gourmet Cupcakes and Cuisine. Most of our cupcakes are stuffed with things like cheesecake, honey custard, fudge… huge, and made fresh daily. Our buttercream is made with just butter and powered sugar, then whipped into LOVE. Our gourmet comfort food includes our famous Beef Brisket sandwich, Monte Christo, wraps, veggie delights with daily food/​soup specials

EVERYTHING is made fresh everyday. Lunch is served Monday-​Friday 10am-​4pm, Brunch and lunch served on Sat-​Sun 8am-​2pm.

Cupcakes, coffee and more are served all day.

History

Established in 2007.

I (Jilly) read an article about cupcakes in TIME magazine and thought what a fun concept… my history was in advertising… I loved the idea, talked to a couple friends, did a little research and… the law of attraction began. BUT, I wanted bigger, more decedant stuffed cupcakes. The «Bar» part is because we have chilled beer mugs for milk and a topping bar with different sprinkles and we addd liquor to some of our cupcakes and lastly when (GOD willing) we open new stores or franchises we want to tie in wine… and I liked the name. Now, I’m planning on going to go to pastry school (I have two degree’s: Advertising & Psychology) take a couple restraurant management courses. Should have learned first, then open up. Live & learn. AND WOW I’ve learned a lot. We have had a HARD TIME keeping the doors open, you know, the economy, me having no clue… but we are doing better and hope to continue that way.

Well I’m 45, single and stressed. Most of me is explained in the history section. I think who I am now and the history are intertwined. My name is Jill but while we were still in the planning stage, a few of of my friends and family called me Jilly. I am a foodie, but not sweets and NEVER frosting. I used to fork out the cake to avoid the frosting. That was because it was fake frosting with fat and other gross stuff. Our buttercream is the best. I now love frosting but only ours. And I have had cupcakes from most places around the country. We’ve come a LONG way to get the cupcakes this moist and delish… I hope everyone loves them and our food… Ultimately, my goal is to start a homeless project when we actually have profit… long story… Jill
