I have been coming here for about 2 years now. Every stylist I have had has been polite, professional, and friendly. Great people and convenient location.

Had a good experience… Jennifer was my hair stylist and full marks to her. She was nice and kept on asking for what to do and what not to do through out my hair cut. Didn’t have to wait either!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! From the first comment from my stylist, her attitude was rudeness (I seriously considered leaving before getting started) After showing her SEVERAL pics of the style I wanted, (it only required re-​shaping the existing style) AND CLEARLY EXPLAINING that I wanted only the split ends cut, and tapered around the sides, she proceeded to tell me «I know how to cut hair». After asking her name «Jenny», the stylist started chopping of hair as if she had a grudge! I didn’t want to risk leaving the salon with a hack job (TOO LATE, I SHOULD HAVE LEFT WHEN I FIRST FELT IT)) so I allowed her to finish her version of what she saw in the pics, when she asked me what I thought, I told her it was different than what I asked for, and if she could bring the sides in closer now that the style had changed? She SPAZZED OUT, and told me to go to a barber (refer to her first statement), told me I was rude, and asked me to leave, and not return (the LEAST of her worries). When I asked her to explain how I had been rude, she had no response. I told her if she didn’t have the expertise or skill set to style/​cut my hair, she should have told me before beginning! She asked me to leave again, I DID (in a hat) BEWARE OF THE BIG ONE, «JENNY». «Run Forest Run».
