Nice service good food and everyone was in a good mood. Great place to watch a game and have a good time with friends

The huge, huge screen can’t be beat (unless you’re sitting too close… it’s like the first row at a movie theatre!) but the food just didn’t do it for me.
Stars are for the good service, the alcohol offerings, and the atmosphere. It would probably be a great time if you just came for drinks and apps during a game but we came for lunch.
The fries were great so I do recommend those but I ordered the buffalo wings which were a big miss. Too fatty and the meat was dry. A couple wings were burnt too… you can def. find much better. The apps we had were good though. I’ll try it again someday but I’d maybe stay away for an actual meal.

This is by far one of the best places to watch any game if you can’t go to the actual venue. The environment is casual and it has lots of space so on an average football weekend it’s not packed tight.
Another awesome thing is that there’s bloopers that at shown during breaks with keeps the audience lively too. Sunday’s have pretty decent specials $ 15 buckets and half off wings. The wings are pretty good here too, a good variety of sauces and crispy. We got the pulled pork tacos and although they are huge, it’s not something I would order again. On a side note they did garnish with real jalapeños and not pickled which is awesome.
They do offer kids meals and kids were welcomed here too so you won’t feel bad like you took them to the bar to drink and watch the game.

Best sports bar I’ve ever been to. Great atmosphere with friendly people. Good food, live entertainment, good drinks. Definitely recommend!

Exactly what you are looking for in a giant sports bar complex! The food isn’t anything amazing and the service won’t blow you away, but who is going to a sports bar expecting a foodie experience. They have giant TV’s everywhere, the bars are laid out well and the place is enormous! If you are in downtown STL and looking for a sports bar, this is the place to go!

We wanted something to share so ordered brisket quesadilla and spinach artichoke dip. Both were terrible. Thankfully my husband will eat anything so money is not wasted but I couldnt choke it down. Bummed about the wasting money and still being hungry.

This is the best sports bar I have ever been to. We travel from Oregon once a year to watch the Cardinals play and always go here. The food is very good and a reasonable price. they even sometimes have half off wings on Sunday. They do a great job playing all the relevant sports games on there many big screen tv’s.

Good place to watch a baseball game, even if you’re a cubs fan. We had a large group of cub fans and set upon this place to watch the game. They had it up on the jumbo led wall screen which was awesome! Their beer selection could be a little better. The burger I had was delicious. Not bad for a sports bar, I usually avoid these types of places.

Ballpark Village has a nice atmosphere. Very lively and plenty of places to eat. As far as the menu everything look good unfortunately ordered the jerk chicken wings, they had very little if no flavor at all. Also ordered the nachos, they were pretty decent for the price that you pay and was quite filling. My son had the chicken tenders and he was full after eating his order. Also ordered the guacamole burger, no complaints there either. I like the many televisions and Sperry’s events they show all the same time.

Watched the ufc fight here without any issue or hassle. Great complex that has several areas to drink and eat at. This place would be excellent for days with several games on or a huge event that you want that extra fun atmosphere.

Ballpark Village really is a great place to go prior to a Cardinals game or even to just hang out to watch a sporting event on their big screen. We showed up around 2:30pm before a 7:00pm baseball game at Busch Stadium and saw there were plenty of seats out in the middle of the building (which is Fox Sports Midwest)…so we ended up cancelling our reservation at Cardinal Nation and decided to grab a table where we could people watch. :)
Our server George was AWESOME! He was very attentive and even told us to just yell out his name if we needed something as it was starting to get crazy busy as game time approached. We both ordered beers and turns out we each received a complimentary pilsner glass. I’m not sure if it was a happy hour perk or not. We shared the spinach artichoke dip and it was delicious!
We actually went back 2 days later to watch another Cardinals game while we were in town and this time around, it was incredibly busy since the weather was harsh outside. We eventually found a table and shared it with 2 other great couples. It was a cool way to meet people. During our time there, there was a tornado warning and the servers promptly came over and told us where to evacuate to if need be. It was comforting to see that the staff was prepared in case of an emergency. Luckily, the storm passed and everything was ok!
I think Ballpark Village is a great idea and a positive addition to the city!

Great place for watching sports but… food is bar food. Got a blacken mahi wrap. Not bad. Now their service… horrible. Took Taylar 15 min to even stop at my table. Apologized and took my drink and food orders. After about 15 minutes saw my beer at the end of the bar. Taylar off walking around. She walks up and grabs some one else’s drink leaving mine there. So I got up and grabbed it myself. Bartender seemed annoyed and asked what I was doing told him then, then he calls Taylar over and she shakes her head.
Wrap was brought by food runner thank goodness.
Again great place to watch sports and understand its bar food which is fine but a lot of Unilocal complaints on service! Guess they need better management. Wasn’t super busy.

This place was better than it should have been, but you pay for it. Our family of four was easily in the sixty dollar range without drinks.
The service was quick and attentive. The food came fast and was very hot at the table. The taste was good all around even our boys, 10 and 8, liked their selections.

The atmosphere can’t be beat for a sports bar type environment. We made a reservation on Opentable and it was a good thing. The place was packed and we walked right up to our table waiting for us. The menus is basic bar type food but all very tasty. The wings and fried pickles are amazing! My only complaint is that they brought me the wrong dish which caused me to wait while others at my table ate. And then they didn’t offer to do anything to compensate for the inconvenience. Also it is loud and hectic so don’t expect to have quite conversations with your table mates.

I really don’t understand why this place isn’t getting 5 stars from everyone. On a recent trip to St. Louis, my friend and I «discovered» this place while looking for the Anhauser-​Busch shuttle. We were told to go over to Ball Park Villiage to find it. While on the hunt for the shuttle, we walked into Fox Sports Midwest Live (FSML). At first, we were a little apprehensive because we weren’t sure what to expect but quickly became fans of this place.
By far, this was one of the coolest places that we found in downtown STL. It’s huge, wide open and spacious. We were there during their St. Patrick’s Day celebration and there were also a few sports games playing so needless to say, the crowd was pumped and the place was LOUD. But that’s not a bad thing! This is the type of atmosphere that FSML breeds. Just being there makes you want to have fun, get loud, have a few beers and enjoy yourself.
The customer service that we received at FSML was great! Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. Best of all, everyone was dressed in their St. Patty’s Day green which was really festive.
Whether you’re a sports fan or not, FSML should be on your list of go-​to places when youre in downtown STL. I was told that they have daily specials, happy hour and bands on certain nights of the week.

I wanted to write a review to reflect the very attentive service we received on a recent busy night at the Live restaurant. We were able to find a spot in open seating, which was fortunate as we have had trouble being seated here before. Even though we were in open seating, our server came by often and let us know the progress of our order.
Food was also quite tasty and served just as we ordered. Hope they keep this up!

Kind of a neat location near the ballpark. Sort of a let down that they didn’t have access to out-​of-​town hockey broadcasts when we were there. As we wanted to watch the Blackhawks game. The food was good. We had the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and fries. The service left a bit to be desired as the waitress completely forgot half of our initial drink order and we had to go up to the bar and ask for it.

Fox Sports Midwest Live is my kind of Sports Bar.
Located directly across the street from the Cardinals Busch Stadium, Fox Sports Midwest Live is really in the middle of Saint Louis’s sport scene and likely the onlt «nice» part left in DTSTL. As you walk in you cannot help but marvel at the gorgeous 15×30 foot television spitting out 1080i in all of its vivid glory. This place offers no less than 10 bars and one thousand seats with a television playing sports in any direction you look. I went on a Sunday Funday and must admit it was a total blast for watching NFL action.
They offer food in several different areas ranging from fried pub grub to a sit down Steak experience all housed under one roof. I did not partake in any eating, but what I did see I liked the look of. Add in free parking and views inside Busch Stadium and how can I not give Fox Sports Midwest Live a full five star rating?

Cool atmosphere, albeit loud. But, this is the WORST food I’ve ever had! Spinach artichoke dip was lukewarm and the chips were chewy and stale. Ordered the Gruyère grilled cheese. Sounds fancy and gourmet, right? It was disgusting. Seriously, how hard is it to mess up grilled cheese?
Salad had a funky taste, was wilted and the «balsamic vinegarette» looked and tasted nothing like any other balsamic vinegarette I’ve ever had before. My daughter’s chicken tenders were the kind you get from a cheap, frozen bag, and my son (who loves pizza) didn’t even finish his kiddie pizza because he said the cheese «tasted funny».
Both my son and I (the only two to actually eat the spinach artichoke dip) felt sick within a couple of hours!
Very, very disappointing since this is such a great venue. Good atmosphere for watching games and people watching. (Although the reserved tables were waaaaaaay to close to the big screen.) I would only go here to grab some drinks while watching the game. I will NEVER eat here again!
One positive note– the waiter was super friendly and attentive.
I recommend making your reservation online if you want a table. Several people in front of us in line said they had called they’re reservation in and the hostess said she had no record of it. She asked «who did you speak with?» And «did you make it online?» I was glad I had.

This place is in the center of BallPark Village. When you enter the complex, Fox Sports is right there. I love the open atmosphere of the space and the mega screen tv. It was 3 in our party and we visited on a Non-​Game day Monday around 4pm and had no issues getting seated. Each of us tried something different. I had the Beer Battered Fish Sliders and side of fries, my friends tried the chicken quesadillas and the turkey hoagie. We all enjoyed our dishes. The space is relaxing and great for hanging out with friends. The one thing I didn’t care for was the outfits of the waitresses… they could have done a much better job. Yuck.
