History
Established in 2004.
St. Louis’ first and only urban winery that is based on an American Southern menu adding great steaks, the freshest seafood and the largest and a favorite wine list of the Midwest. The buildings in which Copia has established itself were originally built during the 1900s and give Copia its charm and character.
Copia exhibits warm hues, exposed brick walls and natural wood beam ceilings. The open display kitchen is situated at the back of the restaurant, while a beautiful glass waterfall separates the main dining room from the bar.
The elegance of the dining room extends to our beautiful outdoor Wine Garden. The Wine Garden boasts cool water sounds, soft breezes and a beautiful landscape, creating a traditional wine country atmosphere in the heart of downtown St. Louis.
The garden features a retractable roof, letting you enjoy a beautiful summer day, or keeping you warm all winter long.
