The food is great, but the service is what keeps me coming back. Thanks for being so friendly!

Just found out I’m allergic to cilantro. Sucks right because I love mexican food especially Chipotle. Went here to grab a burrito and asked for none cilantro white rice due to allergy. The manager went above and beyond. She made me guacamole without cilantro and added salsa without cilantro. Thanks for such great individualized service!

This is hands down the best Chipotle in the St. Louis area. They give you twice as much food as the Chipotle at the Galleria and probably 25% more than the Chipotles in Clayton or U City. The staff is super friendly and they always seem like they are having a good time.

Yay, a close Chipotle!!! I’ve been to this location a handful of times now and it’s…Chipotle. A great alternative to «fast food.» Mostly, I love the fact that I can run here knowing I can grab something quick and pig out with the peace of mind knowing that they only use ingredients that are non-GMO and their meats do not contain antibiotics or hormones. I will continue to be a loyal customer to Chipotle for that reason alone. With the exception of them forgetting my chips and salsa in my carry-out order tonight, the service has been pretty excellent. Seriously, they seem über happy to serve their customers. I always leave with a smile… and a full belly.

When I crave Chipotle at work, this location is closer to me. It’s sort of hidden behind a building. It provides a filling, healthier-than-fast-food meal for cheap. And you customize you meal, which gives extra points in my book. I always get the«bowl» option — the burritos are too big and hard to eat for me, and the fillings are never equally distributed. The bowl option lets me go without a tortilla and lets me mix everything up. I also think you get more food that way. My preferred bowl is sofritas(tofu), black and pinto beans, brown rice, cheese, lettuce and sour cream. Very flavorful and delicious! This location is preferable to Kirkwood — less busy and faster staff! Now if the people who come in and order SEVENMEALS could just be BEHIND me next time… it always happens to me, seriously.

Love Chipotle… hate this location. Most of the staff is friendly and hard working, but there is one chick that needs a serious attitude adjustment… or at least a new job! You know who you are… crabby ass slacker!

This is honestly my favorite place to eat in St. Louis. Sure I venture out and get more eclectic foods, but Chipotle is the highest quality food at the best value, period. I eat a lot and it makes it easy to select what portions of macros I want to hit my nutritional goals at the time. Plus, the staff is phenomenal. They’re funny, caring and always make my fiancé and I feel special. Props to everyone at this location!

We ate at the new location after driving around Clayton trying to find a spot at the older location. This location has it’s own parking lot which earns a star in my book. Food: Food was generally tasty except for the guacamole. There were hard parts of an avocado that equaled a whole avocado in my guacamole. After I went up and asked for smoother guacamole, the cashier said the avocados they had received were like this and they should’ve told me when I asked for guacamole. If I were the manager and I received under ripened avocados, I would have someone drive to the Schnucks, Walmart, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, or Shop ‘n Save that are all within 2 miles of the location. If a nobody like me can figure out how to gauge a ripe avocado, then someone who deals with them daily should be able to pick some out at the local grocery store. Especially if you are going to be charging customers extra for a product, it better be a decent quality. Service: Not great. Some workers were good, while the others talked loudly even though they were within 3 feet of each other while the line backed up.

This place has an amazing costumer service. I seriously think I can’t bring myself to be as nice or as constantly happy as the people who work here even just for an hour. I guess that’s the main reason why I am not in the business where I have to constantly deal with people. Anyway, it’s Chipotle. They have consistently good food and fast service. I have been to this location a couple of times, once during lunch which was a busier time and once around dinner time on a Thursday. I always stick to what I know and like and when I come to Chipotle, I always get the same thing which is a chicken burrito bowl with brown rice, pinto, fajita veggies, 2 kinds of salsa(usually mild and the one with corn), and very light on the cheese. That’s pretty much it and I head over to the counter where another happy face greets me. On both occasions, I’ve been called sweetie at the counter which is a little odd and it makes me feel like a little girl but that’s OK. Like I said, happy people makes for a happy costumer and I usually leave here without a dark cloud hanging over my head. It truly is a nice feeling!

I love that a Chipotle opened at this location, it means that I don’t have to go to the mall anymore whenever I have a craving! This location has the same unique and appealing aesthetic as the others but I did notice that it is on the smaller side. So far I haven’t encountered a super long line here and it didn’t seem packed so it might be a non-issue anyways. Customer service was topnotch as the staff were very friendly, they genuinely looked happy to be there plus they were super quick to get the orders out. I didn’t notice anything amiss with the ingredients and actually I thought that it was just a teensy bit better than the one at the mall. Also, it was very clean inside. My only complaint would be the awkward layout of the building itself. It’s a very small plaza as it is and I found it a little weird that all the shops were facing the back where parking was. This part of Hanley is a super busy street/intersection so I understand, I just thought it was a little weird, that’s all.

Chipotle is my splurge. I look forward to my visits and plan around them so I have time to enjoy my meal and my visit. Today’s lunch made me sad. I met up with a friend to catch up. We got there at 20 minutes to noon. They were out of chicken. Almost out of beef. Veggies were sad — and almost out. We waited. Someone handed us free cups(turned out it was a free drink, but we didn’t know that at the time.) Then, just as we FINALLY sat down for a fun conversation, the«music» — which sounded like it was suitable for clubbing — was cranked up super-loud and it became uncomfortably loud. All around, a terrible experience, despite the free beverage.

This Chipotle has the best customer service I’ve experienced with this chain. The employees were great every time I went in(about 3 – 4 times now), genuinely cheerful, enthusiastic, and accommodating. When I ordered a bowl with meat that was still being cooked, they gave me chips and guac on the house because of the wait. Another time, my husband and I got drinks for free. One time, my husband’s double meat portion was free because, well, I don’t remember really why. Every time I asked a question(why don’t you have carnitas right now?) or had a comment(you remembered me from last time!), an employee responded with an upbeat and non-fake cheerfulness. It just warms my heart to go to a chain fast food restaurant where the employees actually seem happy!

Yay! A new, closer Chipotle! This location is really nicely decorated and very clean inside, probably because they just opened. The ceilings are super high making the place look bigger than it actually is. The seating area is a little on the smaller side, but I’ve never had trouble finding a table. Quality is on par with all the other Chipotles I have visited. I would say what sets them apart is their customer service. Their employees are really nice, and this location has no problems giving you something free on the side if at any point they have inconvenienced you. For example, the first time my wife and I met, we were waiting on the sofritas and they were out. So they offered to buy us free chips and guac or a drink. I highly recommend this location. I’m not sure if it’s because they aren’t on google maps yet, but every time I have gone there hasn’t been a line(around 6pm).

I normally love chipotle– seriously it’s awesome. but this location is really sub par in the quality aspect– the steak I got in my burrito was fatty and chewy. I’ve never been to a chipotle with such poor quality. Maybe they were having a bad day? Got a bad shipment? Who knows– I did email their customer service and they apologized and offered to send two free vouchers for the hassle. That was nice of them and I may try it again.
