Case Dental

I have been in search of a great Dentist for my kiddos. I have search well over 2 years. How could I have not looked in my own area… luckily a family member referred me to Dr.Case. Might i say it was the best call ever. The ladies there are super funny and helpful. Not to mention Dr. Case. He is exceptional. My children loved this staff so much she gave one hygienist a hug. That says alot.

This office cares about their patients. I was terrified to have an implant. They eased my fear and took such good care of me. Thank you Dr. A! Dr Case has employeed the best people in the field. I highly recommend this practice.

Best dentist ever. The staff is extremely friendly, patient, and understanding especially Dr.Case.I had a horrible experience with an extraction somewhere else and knew next time I HAD to see Dr case. They will work around your insurance and not be sneaky with billing unlike many places that mail you a surprise bill that can be outrageous ag times. Everyone there is extremely preofessional and the place is the cleanest medical facilities I have ever seen which to me is the first thing I look at before getting work done. I don’t want to go to any other dentist ever.

Worst dentist I’ve been to, ever.
Unlike other folks I don’t mind going to the dentist, but I would like to be treated with respect. I went in needing some cavities filled and right off the bat the receptionist was extremely rude and did not answer my questions I had about insurance
After I finished my paperwork and sat down in the examination seat, I was approached by an employee and asked if I had an appointment. Yes? If I didn’t, why would I have been instructed to sit down in one of the exam rooms? I didn’t give it much thought but I should have left when I had the chance.
A pushy doc came in and asked why I was here. I stated that I was pretty sure I had a few cavities as a result of the brackets used to anchor down my braces in high school. She rolled her eyes and asked how I knew I had a cavities. Well, it’s sharp, sensitive pain on three particular teeth, especially when I eat, drink, brush my teeth… Regardless, that’s why I was here, to either confirm or dismiss my concerns.
They took x-​rays of the wrong teeth, even after I pointed them out several times, and said they didn’t see anything. I had to BEG them to just look in my mouth. The first tool this doctor goes for is the one that looks like a huge needle on a handle. The first spot she touches in my mouth, she buried the tip in one of the cavities. I literally had to pull my head up and away from the tool because she was using unnecessary force and pressure. After this happened, she gave me a surprised/​disgusted/​mocking look as if I was over reacting and said «Yeah, you’ve got cavities all right».
I was then informed that I would have to make an appointment for next week to get it filled, which was confusing to me because that was the whole reason I scheduled the appointment I was at! (On the phone, I was told I had ~45 min time slot to have my mouth examined and problem teeth filled if that was the case.) I asked why they couldn’t be filled today and she told me «I don’t have time for you, I have other patients to see. Plus, that’s not what you came in here for today anyway.» Dumbfounded, I set up the appointment and came back the next week.
Fast forward, and I’m sitting in the chair and they ask me if I’m nervous. I say no and she just laughs. …Alright then. She asks how many cavities I had, three, and then informs me she’ll only do two. I don’t have time to process this or ask why because she tells me to open wide. They inject my gums with the local anesthetic and asks if I felt anything. Yes, I said I still felt a little pain when they poked my gums with the needle tool, and the doc says that’s not pain, it’s just pressure and started drilling. I raised my hand (which I was told to do if there was any pain or severe discomfort) and she stops drilling, only after she huffs and asks what the problem is. Instead of waiting for the anesthetic to kick in, she just administers another shot and goes back to drilling. I raise my hand again, she stops and sounding very agitated asks me to describe the pain I was feeling. Well, I can feel you drilling a hole into my tooth and it’s sending shooting pains up the side of my face causing an instant headache. Rolling her eyes, she gives me a THIRD shot and yet again, goes back to drilling instead of waiting for it to kick in. After the fourth shot, she says, «I can’t give you anymore, you’re going to have to just deal with it. You’re just feeling pressure, not pain. The faster you let me drill, the faster you can get out of here.» Fighting back a range of emotions, I try my best to sit still and let her drill away the cavities. They hastily patch me up, I give them my co-​pay and ask if I want to schedule an appointment for my last cavity. No, thanks but no. Start to finish, I’m there ten minutes.
As I’m driving home, the anesthetic finally starts kicking in, and I get progressively more and more uncomfortable as I’m driving. By the time I get home (I live 5 miles away), my entire face is going numb. You know how when your foot falls asleep, and it’s so asleep it hurts, but it hurts more to move it when you try to get the blood flow back? That was my face essentially, it was so numb I was in pain. I couldn’t talk or drink anything, and even my teeth rubbing up against the inside of my cheek was awful. That was one of the most painful feelings I’ve ever had, more painful than the cavities being poked/​drilled out, and more painful than the three major surgeries I had (neck, chest, knee), and my wisdom teeth being removed so it’s not like I had never had anesthetic or anything else to base or compare the pain to. Needless to say, my face was numb for six hours and I was sobbing in pain.
I know this was super lengthy bu tI hope no one has to go through a terrible experience like I did here. You’re better off taking your business elsewhere.
