Business Owner

Ricky High is the President and CEO of High Strategic Solutions, LLC. He has over 11 years of military and 25 years of federal law enforcement experience. High Strategic Solutions provides private investigations services and consulting services in the areas of border security, aviation and maritime law enforcement. Currently Rick is providing private investigative services to the Northeast Florida area, specifically Jacksonville and St. Augustine. Additionally he is consulting for a large aircraft manufacturing and integration corporation assisting them in the competition for a government procurement of a fleet of specialized aircraft.
