Proud members of the Coverall Franchised Business Family, Adam Schoenfeld and Sebastian Pica recently celebrated their sixth year in business as Metro Cleaning Solutions, Inc.

Lifelong musicians and friends since 2004, Adam and Sebastian’s first endeavor was a successful rock band that toured the U.S. and gained national recognition. Realizing how well they work together, they decided to begin a joint business venture.

Their business has proven successful, now servicing over 100 customers and expanding monthly business volume ten times. Adam and Sebastian excel at building strong customer relationships through excellent customer service. They take a hands-​on approach to operating their business and are in the field day and night servicing their customers.

Business Owner

Sebastian came to the U.S. from Uruguay at the age of 15 to pursue the American dream. With his family overseas, he had little money but was driven by a passion to succeed. He spent his teen years working twelve or more hours a day in the food industry and later worked his way up to an outside sales position for a large construction supply company. Ultimately, Sebastian decided his hard work and determination would be better invested in his own business.

Adam Schoenfeld always had an entrepreneurial spirit as evidenced by his childhood lemonade stand «chain» with multiple locations and several employees. His goal is to own a business with happy employees who enjoy their jobs and have the means to support their families. After several small business attempts and much learned through trial and error, Adam feels that the Coverall® System is a place where he can thrive.
