That company is a complete scam ! I am surprise they are still on the market. Not much longer…
The WORST company ever ! Dishonest, absolutely not reliable, thieves. If you are looking to lease a house or apartment, and see their name on lease — absolutely avoid dealing with them, it will cost you your money and health.

Do not do any business with these low class people. They are thieves and unhappy, unattractive attitudes, very defensive, people with low IQ’s and little fairness in handling simple transactions. Do not give them any monies

Absolutely disgusting property management.
DO NOT USE THEM for your property and DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. You will be sorry.

They will steal from you time and time again. Random «service» charges show up on your bill over and over. They make you pay «liability» insurance even if you have renters insurance.

My wife and I were moving to stgeorge and found these guys they had the houses we wanted but after paying the 70 $ put an application on the house we wanted gave it 2 days and got online to see the house we had applied for was gone I called them and they said someone came in and signed a contract the night before. So now we waisted 70 $ and didn’t get the house we wanted well they had another house for 1016 $ a month we found the same listing on Craigslist for 866 $ so when I called to find out why I got two different answers from different people one lady told me it was wrong and the price was 1016 the other lady I talked to told me her list was at 866 $ so after all that we decided it was to sketchy and will not be doing business with them ever again.

Jensen Property Management will force you to pay an extra 15.00 a month for «liability» insurance that you can only get through them. They will tell you its NOT the same as «renters» insurance, when in fact it is. I am an insurance agent and when I tried to explain this to them they kept telling me its not. In fact the lady told me renters insurance only covered my property. Again I told her that wasn’t true, that ALL renters policies have at least 100k in liability insurance built into them. This place tries to scam 180.00 extra out of you a year. Renters insurance that covers not only liability but also your stuff only costs about 10.00 a month, and they want you to pay for their insurance too which they don’t provide proof that they even carry! Don’t rent from this place.

One of the most inept business we’ve dealt with in St. George. It would be hard to catalog the litany of problems and frustrations of working with them. But I’ll try:
— Slow or late to send documents
— Failed to inform us of critical information about utilities
— Didn’t thoroughly check the property before we moved in; so much garbage we couldn’t move it
— Didn’t provide us with enough door or garage keys
— Payment system doesn’t work, works slowly, and just not simple
— Slow to contact and send repair people
— Hard to get a hold of by phone
— Overpriced
It’s too bad they have some good properties. Property owners would do well to find another management provider to keep renters flowing in.
