We recently rented with this company & sadly have nothing positive to say. When we first got the apartment it was filthy. The carpets were horrible, «new» paint job was horrible, the cleaning job was horrible and the overall apartment was not in good shape. We rolled with it figured we got it for a decent price we’ll manage. Recently moved out, cleaned the entire place way better than they probably ever have and even got the carpets cleaned thinking we could potentially get more of our deposit back. NOWAY. We ended up having to pay them! They charged us for things that were broken when we moved in or needed to be replaced a long time ago and decided to use our deposit to do so! Very unhappy with this place.

Whatever you do, just find another realty company to rent from. This one is the absolute worst. First off, whenever you go into the office, Amy, who sits at the front desk will barely acknowledge you, you’ll get eye contact if you’re lucky. She will never give you receipts for anything unless you ask, and is quite rude. She’s all around awful to deal with. They told me I couldn’t move in until a certain date because they had to clean it first, but I had to clean everything before I moved in. I even had to scrub the walls, as they were filthy. The fridge was broken, and miraculously my roommate got them to replace it. The above stove microwave was broken before I moved in, but instead of replacing it, they put another microwave on the counter. Taking up what little counter space there was. There were washers and dryers for the entire apartment building to use, but half they time they wouldn’t work. And when one of them was finally replaced, it was with another old, equally terrible machine. By the time I moved out, I handed in my notice, got some vague instructions from Amy. And I cleaned that apartment so meticulously, it was far cleaner than I found it, definitely cleaner than they’ve ever left it. When I handed in my keys, Amy barely acknowledged me, and didn’t give me any kind of receipt. I handed in my keys on August 28th, and didn’t receive my deposit back until October 16th. They couldn’t even get my forwarding address correct, which is why it took so long for me to receive it. My deposit was $ 775, which shrunk down to $ 196.30 after they were done charging me for the cleaning that I had already done, and for cleaning the carpets. Because judging by how dirty the place was when I moved in, and how disgusting the carpets were, there’s no way they did any cleaning. And when I tried to argue the charges, and the fact that I didn’t receive my deposit within 30 days, I was told that somebody would call me. Which they never did, so I called them again, and was told it wasn’t their fault I didn’t receive it within 30 days, to which I pointed out they wrote the wrong address. And eventually the woman on the other end of the call hung up on me, I called back, and was told somebody would contact me. But they never did, and I thought, to hell with them. I’ll just take what’s left of my deposit and move on. So, if you want to see most of your deposit get taken by an incompetent cheating company, by all means, rent from these guys. Otherwise, run away as fast as possible.

This company is unprofessional and unethical. We had a change in tenants and were never notified, we stopped receiving monthly statements, the inspections were lacking or not happening at all… and when we followed up with several e mails and phone calls we literally had to hound them for a response. We finally wrote a detailed letter to the owner Kyle but he never responded. In the end we took over the management ourselves since the tenants could not get them to respond to their calls either. They refused to let us out of our contract and held us to the monthly mainenace fee even though we were managing the property ourselves.

Stay far away from this company. We rented from them for about 9 months. They nickel and dime you for every little thing when you move out and it’s ridiculous.

My grandma rented from this place, and when she moved out, they charged her $ 25 to replace a burnt out light bulb, refused to accept her rent check if it was a day late unless she paid the«late fee», then sent her an additional bill for $ 2600. I would stay away from this place. Additionally, they charged my grandma $ 40 for an inspection, which they are required to do as part of their agreement with the property owners. As a tenant, you may as well as acknowledge you will not have a positive balance upon moving.
