haven’t had a bad experience here yet, I work in the same shopping center and they usually have what I need and are friendly and helpful. I’ve heard bad things from people who have tried to take them up on their warranties, but so far I have not taken anything back to them. When I bought their cheapest wiper blades, they warned me that they would only last a few months and that I might be better off considering a better set, but they did not pressure me to spend more. Sure enough, a few months later, I’m seeing signs that I didn’t buy good wiper blades, as they streak occasionally, but they did work long enough to justify the expense.

Winter 2. My car battery 0. For the second time in a week I went to start my car and the battery was dead! First we had to get a ride to purchase jumper cables. (no one has them in our neighborhood) A great deal for under $ 12.00. After we got jumped we went back to Advance Auto Parts where they tested our battery and found out it was at half capacity. We purchase a new battery which they installed in record time (it was –33 out). The staff was very friendly and we also joined the new rewards club and got $ 20.00 off our next purchase. Hoping that won’t be soon!
